Garland Motors Used Car Centre

Went to look at a used car for an acquaintance, spent a good 10 to 15 minutes walking around the one car examining it in plain view of at least 2 salesmen in the showroom but nobody came out to green me or ask if I was interested. I then walked away. I've had at least 2 bad experiences in their main new car showroom in the past. I wonder how they stay in business. Edit 12 Feb 2022: following the response to email you, I have done so but weeks later, I've not even had an acknowledgement, let alone a reply. My comments stand, possibly the worst garage I have ever used in terms of customer service and being ignored

I rarely leave feedback but I felt compelled to write how wonderful these guys are. Zero pressure sales tactics, knowledgable and helpful during the sales process and exceptional after sales. I bought a BMW X5 from Tony and Josh and after a couple of months a few thousand miles the air suspension broke. The warranty wouldn’t cover it but Tony did. He promptly fixed the issue with great communication and no hassle whatsoever. They had a great selection of brilliant used cars and I’ve had total peace of mind during my first few months of ownership. I couldn’t recommend them higher and will definitely buy from them again.

Bought a Scirocco and the experience was pleasant and stress free. Josh and Joe were super helpful and the car runs perfectly so far.

Even though a sat nav card was missing, they quickly posted a spare one.

Purchased a car from Aldershot & the salesman Tony was a genuine and knowledgeable guy. There has been a small problem with the car which the warranty company didn't want to know about, but Tony sorted out for me which I am truly grateful for. I would give this garage my recommendation to any new car purchasers and would definitely purchase from them again

Really impressed with Garland - the purchase process was great and a small issue with the car post-purchase is being helpfully addressed by Joe and Josh with no problems whatsoever. Their use of WhatsApp as a customer service tool is excellent and makes things quick, easy and transparent - other similar businesses could learn a lot from them! 👏🏻

Recently purchased my new car from here. Sales team were phenomenal from start to finish. All the lads knew the answers I needed and were more than happy to give me information after hours. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

I cannot fault this garage, from the point of me viewing a vehicle, test driving and purchasing the process was absolutely second to now was amazing.

We’ve had to have the car into the garage for some work which thankfully was covered under the warranty after a few hiccups with the garage that’s doing the work (not garland used cars) and the warranty and not really getting no where. Tony from garland used cars stepped in along with the help of Josh and Joe and sorted the issue! Due to being without a car with 2 young children Tony supplied me a courtesy car so I could get around at a time where I needed a car the most especially with these cold cold days! Honestly best garage we’ve ever brought a car from. Nothing is ever to much! Thank you again!

Purchased a car from garlands not impressed car has spent most the time in the garage from having a dead battery to needing a new alternator, within the first 30 days asked for refund was refused. Wouldn’t go near this place to get a car again
