I was very sceptical at first regarding my purchase from Deane Vale Motors after 2 bad experiences with other garages just before this. I felt instantly at ease when having a discussion with Henry about the vehicle, the keys were handed to me I was told where things were and left to it for a while to look over the car. Once I’d finished looking we went for a test drive and I drove the car back to the garage after, I was shown everything in working order and once again when I returned was left to it to have another look over the vehicle before making my decision without any pressure. After a discussion I felt happy with the vehicle and chose to purchase, from here I was sent across to the office which was highly professional, well thought out and decorated with customers in mind. The receptionist here continued a professional and friendly approach again making me feel at ease with my purchase. All paperwork was prepped and ready for me on my arrival including all previous works for the vehicle. I was highly satisfied with the checks carried out on the car and overall very pleased with my purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this garage again and am now enjoying my vehicle, thank you all for your service and after service!
