Service is fantastic .called as van was making strange noise.the mechanic came straight out during his tea break and took van to put on the ramps to get a better diagnosis, and diagnosed the problem van all booked in for repair at service second to none

Good family business to deal with .Darren and his staff have for many years looked after motorists on the Tendring Peninsular with good old fashioned values and fair prices ! The main dealers could learn a lot from these people regarding customer care .

I phoned this garage to make a general enquiry and they were knowledgeable and courteous so I asked if they happened to have the model I was looking for in stock and they did but not to the exact specification I was looking for.
After their professionalism on the phone I decide to drive down and take a look.
The car, although manual not automatic which is what I was looking for, was immaculate.
The gentleman I dealt with, Darren, was accommodating, knowledgeable and not in the least pushy.
I bought the car but I bought more into the ethos of the dealership. I wanted some additions on the car and I have to say the quality of workmanship was outstanding.
I'm delighted with my car and give thanks that I made that random phone call to ask a question.
Many have rated this dealership as 10/10 I fell that just like Spinal Tap they go to 11!!
