Not impressed at all, poor service and appauling negotiation. I went to buy a car and had travelled from quite far to get a good deal but when i arrived it was apparent that the gentleman working there was not interested selling. We asked for a test drive and immediately he denied us saying that let us work out a deal and then go, how can one agree to a price before test driving the car?!

We were informed that the car was AA certified, but it was apparent that from the state of the vehicle either the check had been done a long time ago and was not representative of the current state or it was never done in the first place. (I have since followed up with AA and they have confirmed that no such check took place), as I had my doubts I had postponed making any deal until a mechanic I knew and trusted came with me to verify that the car was in good condition but when we arrived we were denied a test drive and any negotiations on the car were met with great hostility and we were promptly asked to leave.

This left a very sour taste and much to be desired in terms of service and just general salesmanship. Having read the other reviews I can see that this dealership is not one to be trusted, unless you are feeling particularly daring and have a few thousand to gamble.

Avoid and do not take their word for anything!!

Worst experience ever. The person refused to give me a test drive initially and then gave one after negotiation, the drive itself was with only one person!! Never heard this before. I drove 50 min just to come for a test drive and they did not even appriciate ths. When my mechanic (he has been one for 15+ years, not to include has worked for Toyota for years, so I would appreciate it if you didn't make any assumptions and gave some respect to us as customers) checked the car was faulty, just looked clean and all but under the hood it was terrible. The AA certification given to me was not valid even, I personally called AA and asked if there were any checks done, they could not find anything on thier register for the dealer nor the car. No reduction in price too, very rude, told us to leave when we asked for a relatvly resonable price considering the value of the car on the market. No wander the car has not been sold for 4 weeks +. Do not recommend going here.

Terrible experience. Sold me a car with multiple defects, which was not fit for purpose and not safe to drive. Deflected responsibility and stopped communicating. Claimed to have carried out a service and an MOT on the car prior to it having been collected, but this is not possible, as I took it to be inspected a short while after and got a report stating the car needed many repairs, most of which would have either been corrected or at least picked up on during a service and MOT - yet the MOT didn't even have any advisories. The oil hadn't even been changed or topped up. I ended up wasting so much money which I did not have making various repairs to this vehicle as I was so reliant on it and the delearship never responded to my letters or emails. Stay away

All I did was view the website, which is fine. Haven't been in there, or contacted them at all so cannot comment further.

Bought a BMW M3 from this dealership, I had been to 4 other dealerships before my visit to Best Choice Cars, but soon as I got here, I was greeted with a big smile. The car was impeccable and honestly I could not fault it. I said that I will wait before I put a review but honestly speaking the car has been great, and the service provided by the guys was second to none. Tony has promised to source out a Audi Q7 4.2 Style Edition so I will be back for my next car. Thanks guys!

Take great care. If the car is okay then you are lucky. Very personable salesman but if you have an issue he ignores your calls. Sold me a car with numerous faults and MOT fails. Lost thousands of pounds. This dealer is one to avoid.

Recently bought a Mini Cooper S as a first car, and all I have to say is Yaaaaaay to Best Choice Cars, they were great and honestly the car is amazing. We had the whole deal wrapped up in less than an hour. Thank you Toniiii ;)

Absolutley superb business. Tony delivered a service that was second to none. His attention to detail, knowledge and honest assessment of the vehicle was brilliant, considering it was a distant sale.
