The worst repair job imaginable. Panel not beaten properly, paint not fully to the edges, incorrect parts used and car left in filthy state. The second repair attempt took longer than expected as they "couldn't get the paint to stick". Another garage had to take over and fix their issues. Avoid at all costs.

The service I received from the Bodyshop was excellent. The staff were friendly, polite and courteous at all tines. Nothing was too much trouble and my car was returned in an immaculate condition. Thank you for making my first experience such a good one.

The first time we went to see about a mobility car we had an appointment with a young lady but when we got there she was seeing to another customer and she gave us her trainee . The young man was helpful and polite but she never phoned back when any of the times when she said she would which to me is very rude .

Absolutely Terrible and uncaring ...firstly they didn’t seemed interested what so ever as I was getting a mobility car at the up front cost that I was only willing to pay and when I decided on a Renault that I wanted that was at the very top of my budget they then told me it’s going to cost extra upfront (almost £150 more) as they only could get that car, with a spare wheel which added extra cost to the upfront costs ... total shambles if you ask me, I’ve spoken to loads of dealers and all of them was extremely professional and willing to bend backwards to help apart from this one, I felt like all they was after was more and more £££ and didn’t care and was on the point of discrimination due to my disability

Good, efficient servicing. Nice shiny cars on display in the showroom. A nearby bus stop is serviced by the number 12 bus to take you to the city centre while your car is being worked on. Generally excellent and very smart and cheerful.
