I travelled 300 miles to buy a car from them and they were very helpful preparing the car and making sure i was happy before comiiting to the purchase. I drove the car from London to Devon the same day with no problems. I know i was lucky because the car history was well documented so this review is just a comment on my experience with the seller in person.

Awful experience.
I purchased my first car from here and wasn't able to use it for three weeks, as it had to go back to them twice to fix things that were broken. The second time I picked it up to drive to Scotland, the car dramatically lost power the second it went up a slight hill. Not being sure what this was, I pushed on. I contacted them when I returned from Scotland, and they were surprised that it had made it that far... After 3 months of driving around London, I had to be towed home and the car sent to scrap, as I was told that it was not worth being fixed.
I'm not sure how they can be comfortable selling a car that is obviously useless...
I would never go near these guys again.

Great place. Bought a car for a good price. Process was smooth and Imran sorted all the paperwork out swiftly. Excellent experience.

I would give it 0 stars if I could.
I recently bought a car from them. They told me the air con works but only needs gas, so they deducted £50 from the price. It turned out it’s broken and need fixing costing around £500. When I called them a guy picked up and starting explaining that they already applied a discount. When I argued that you said the air con was working, he said it’s rude to talk while someone is talking! Can you imagine saying that you your customer! I said it’s rude to speak to your customer this way. He then hung up! What an absolute joke!

avoid these clowns,
purchased a car at the start of the year with the "warranty"
within the 2nd trip in the car the clutch died, the warranty they gave did not cover the clutch after about 8 calls with them to find that out, Silverstone would not take the car back but gave about £300ish toward the fix which cost me over £2000 and 6 months to get resolved, additional today i have just found that they have registered my car to the wrong address with the DVLA which im now trying to sort out.

Had to ask for cup of tea or would of been 5 star car was p/x to clear problems listed on add and priced well below market value, car is brilliant drove 80 miles home with no issue I got what I paid and am happy like all old cars has niggles but a lot of car for the money if they have a car I want in future will go back, hope they read reviews and offer me a cup of tea next time

Do not go near.absolute chitters.bought BMW .they fixing cars just enough to do few miles .owner is absolutely disgusting., sending me on the phone to the hell ,then I told him that they are liars and selling the cars with a lot of problems .They need to be reported to the watchdog definitely,and I will.

These guys are fantastic
I purchased my car a year ago from them and the service was impeccable the car I purchased is fantastic I found these guys in auto trader and gave them a call the car was ready within a few days and when I went to collect the sales guys went through everything with me and made me feel at ease I run a business and I know that it’s hard to get service from small shops or dealers but these guys focused on my needs and not the cash in my pocket and I and so thankful for the help that they gave me when purchasing. The reason for the review a little bit late was I needed to get my car MOT and everywhere seem to be fully booked these guys arranged for me to drop the car off and they organised everything for me communicating throughout and then offering to hang around if I needed it at the end of the day when I went to collect the car you guys were very informative very helpful and I’m definitely gonna keep going back to these guys thank you so much for all of your help and I would recommend you to any of my friends . GIVE THESE GUYS A CHANCE AND EXPERIENCE SOME GOOD OLD FASHIONED SERVICE .
