Found them through Carwow - They had all sorts of cars. Even though my mate didn't buy the car as he apparently couldn't make his mind up, the team and specially Jerryl were brilliant. He looked after us, showed a lot of patience, assisted greatly and was very friendly and helpful. The team at reception was very welcoming and they deserve top marks for asking again and again for Coffee and tea; we eventually had coffee thank you gals ☕😊😍. If I was to purchase a car from them in future, I will surely visit them again despite being a bit far from where I reside. Keep up the good work all of you 👏😊

Yesterday we purchased a lovely Mercedes s class from Saxton 4x4 in Chelmsford and were taken care of by Joe. We found him totally professional and courteous throughout, a real credit to his employer. In fact all the staff we had dealings with there were more than helpful. Oh and not forgetting Mo Khan Very impressed with the whole experience. Best car dealership I’ve ever dealt with

Went in to test drive a Ford Edge a few weeks back but on the day it was sold but on that same day the guy who was dealing with us Joe was very helpful on trying to find the right car for me in my budget went on a couple test drives and finally found the right one. Took a while to get the car but acted very professional throughout and very patient and done all he could to make sure I got the car. He also made sure he updated me on the car to. Honestly very nice people and without joe I wouldn’t be sitting here with a brand new Ford Focus. Honestly in love with my new car.

I have bought many cars, and I always trust dealers. When I bought my Audi, I just watch the car online and then ask them to deliver it to me. Everything is fine. However, when I bought a car from them. After I drove back home, I found there is a big damage cut and some small damage on the tyre. I called them, they sent me to a local MOT garage to check. The garage said this is advised issue, will not affect the MOT result and could pass the MOT. Then the dealer said they can do nothing with this. Very unhappy with this. If you want to buy a car from them, it is better to hang the car up to check everywhere. Not a good experience. I think any issue will not affect the MOT, they will do nothing. Just your bad luck.

Have purchased a range rover velar 2018

for £45k. from the point i bought the car the engine had a weird loud noise and I had to take it to garage, just to be told the belt and tensioner needed to be changed, assuming that was it but noticed the coolant level low message. at first I thought it needs a top up that garage did it for me but the message kept appearing again so the garage (RAC approved) has advised me to change the cooler and pipes which is gonna cost £700 and the warranty will not cover that.my car is the garage for TWO weeks and no one even bother to answer.moreover the parcel shelf is missing as well as the trim on the roof. The car software is frozen and will cost £320 to be fixed by the Land rover.
I Have been trying calling the company almost 26 times over the past month and a half and every single time they took my number to call me back but I have never received a call back. Stay away from this seller and save yourself unnecessary headache and endless trouble. The car problems seems to be never ending and Saxton customer service stopped after they sold the car to me.NOT HAPPY AT ALL and will chase this until its resolved.

Great experience from first contact right through to collection. Ellie listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to get me in the the right car. I received a much more personal touch than with the Land Rover main dealer. A great selection of cars and I’m really pleased with the purchase. I will definitely be in touch with Ellie when i fancy change.
