Fantastic service from the initial first contact, trip to view the car, test drive, sale, pre delivery emails and the final delivery, within a week. Would definitely recommend if you're after a second hand merc. Any negatives? m
Maybe a couple but they have been rectified. Warranty paperwork wasn't given with car, but emailed through after I contacted them. Reg plate embossed with GB - please update to UK 🇬🇧. Windscreen scratched badly, should have noticed when we had it for test drive, my bad I guess. Sounds like a negative review, but it really isn't. Honestly don't think you should look anywhere else for a second hand Mercedes.

Had my B class for a few weeks ago. Excellent remote buying experience, very friendly staff. Any issues were resolved quickly and professionally. Car was immaculate in and out. Would really recommend, we are delighted!

Always been wary of car dealers so its been a pleasent surprise to find one that do exactly what they say. Communication was great. If your looking at a Mercedes then start here.. Speak to vishnu, sound guy and straight talking. A really nice fella.. My first mercedes but already thinking of going back and one day dealing with him again. Of all dealers this would be worth a call.

Can't lie, i wasn't impressed when i went to view the car 5 days after reserving it off Autotrader only to find it needing work with the bumper scratched up & whatnot. Janki however explained to me that they let customers view/test drive the cars as sourced, with any required work carried out after. True to it, 10 days later, they delivered my car in show room quality. I'm eternally on the Motorway for work and in the 4 weeks since i took delivery of my C220d, i've covered 1500 Miles yet the car has been flawless... I absolutely love it. Janki has been on hand to help me with some paperwork issues i had since. I'll definitely buy from Mercland in future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Purchased our ML350 6 months or so ago now and we have been very happy with it. A few little issues we have had have been sorted very quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Mercland for a used Mercedes! Thanks guys, wouldn’t hesitate in the future to buy another should I need too! Love our car.

One star only because there is no option for zero stars. The dogiest company I ever dealt with. Tried to rip me off for finance offering a 24% APR!!! After enquiring directly with the finance company I have been offered 7.9%! The car I bought from them was also a big rip off. All wheels were welded (one was welded in 3 places!!), also, the one was still leaking air. They offered the repairs but havemt done nothing. Reported this second time and been told to bring them again. Then they sanded down the welds and painted interior of the rim to make it look like an other rim. After putting this on the car it started leaking straight away. Went to tyre shop and they shown the crack in the place of welding which was covered by paint. Those incompetent maniacs put my life in jeopardy and after reporting that for 3rd time they offered to "take a look into that". I have already lost few hundred pounds for travel and bringing them the wheels. Now have to go through finance company and motor ombudsman as they avoid to take any action of that. STAY AWAY - FRAUDLENT DODGY COMPANY WHICH IS READY TO PUT YOUR AND OTHER ROAD USERS LIFE IN DANGER JUST TO RIP YOU OFF FOR SOME MONEY!!! Also they are extremely rude even when picking up the car after the purchase, when i asked that the front tyre is flat the lady seemed angry and was mumbling under the breath. Stay away!

I have generally been impressed, mainly due to the aftercare. The car has had some niggles, nothing major, that needed sorting after receiving it and a couple of faults. Being 150 miles from them means I cannot just run it by them, but they have honoured the warranty and I have had parts delivered to my door by them. The car is great, but things go wrong and that’s what the warranty is for. Both Jay and Janki probably wince receiving my emails but they have been very good. Much, much better than other dealers I have dealt with in the last, especially around warranty work.

One word can describe Mercland...... Wow.
First time dealing with them and it was a pleasure. Part exchanged my E220 convertible for a C250 estate, process was easy and Vishal was professional throughout the whole process.
Lovely family run business and well worth a trip over, they are 20 miles from me but well worth travelling the distance. Great selection of cars and the after sale service is 1st class also. 👌
