Cazoo Customer Centre Exeter

Having had a spot of bother with Cazoo (the call centre) I ended up selling the car back to them. I had a bit of trepidation given my previous experience but I saw Dom and he was superb. He fully understood my reasons for selling the car (not primarily my previous Cazoo experience) and he was friendly, quick and efficient. The full funds were in my account within minutes. His service was excellent.

This was a super clean environment. The staff greeted me warmly. They offered me a complimentary drink and a comfy seat whilst I waited.

I was there for an MOT, this was cheap and swift (took about 2hrs). The mechanics were friendly.

An all around great experience, I will definitely be using Cazoo again.

We bought our car and went well until we collected the vehicle. The car had evidence of accident repair, I was told I would have to discuss this with customer service. As the car was a present for my wife I left it at that. Over the following weeks Cazoo did their best to ignore my emails & calls and eventually lied to me about any knowledge of the repair. I have subsequently found out they did do the repair and did all they could to hide it from me. Be careful what you are buying they had no need to lie but felt quite comfortable doing so.

Very impressed at the service I received here. Firstly the car was amazing, in immaculate condition and the hand over experience was fantastic. I forget the chaps name that did my hand over but he was extremely helpful, very friendly and very informative. The showroom itself was spotless very modern and well presented, free tea, coffee and cold drinks. Overall collecting my car was a delightful experience and I am very happy with the service provided.

Seen a motor on Exeter site.. drove from Plymouth to Exeter only to see motor not there, had to pay in full and they will bring it down... whatever that meant... awful way to sell a motor if you ask me.. I would not mind paying a small deposit but pay in full.... I don't think so.
But staff were friendly at least.

Cazoo offered a great price. No quibble inspection and immediate payment. Very pleased, a very slick process. I would recommend them.

First time experience with Cazoo.
It was a good from beginning to end, the website was easy to navigate.
After the purchase I received emails and messages with updates and what steps to do.
We decided to collect the car at Cazoo in Exeter, the team in there sure makes Cazoo proud. Special mention to Dominic for his knowledge and welcoming and Pipe for her friendliness. To be honest the all team on the day were welcoming and made the experience top notch.
Buying a car online for the first time I wasn't sure but it turn out to be a good choice. The car is in great shape, they did a MOT just days before I picked up the car, engine was cleaned and looks brand new, interiors smells like new and look as such.
It's only the first week but so far so good, the 90 day warranty gives us peace of mind.
