This company has absolutely amazing service. Everyone I had contact with were so friendly, and went above and beyond to get me my new car ASAP after I had a crash, while still managing to get a service and MOT from an actual Toyota garage.

Additionally, they have really solid procedures in place around covid - everything documented and explained nicely, offering free delivery too, with a free return period if you don't like it. Completely professional, and everything done properly.

And for the first time buying a car, they sold it to me with petrol in!!

I have recently purchased a fantastic new car that I am over the moon about. The quality of the car is pristine and cleaned before I picked it up.

Rob was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire transaction by being extremely helpful and attentive. And Lorraine (I think that was her name, the nice lady who sat next to Rob) made everything so easy as everything had been organised prior to my arrival.

Absolutely remarkable dealership that provides a service that is second to none. As a female shopping for a car, I was treated incredibly well through the provision of a wealth of information on the vehicle I was interested and even enjoyed herbal tea (thank you Lorraine). The car was in fantastic condition and the paperwork in order. Rob went over and above to ensure I was confident in my purchase. I have never experienced such service from a car dealership. Great experience dealing with this company. I managed to source a car online and secure via deposit. The car (BMW 3 series) was in great condition as advertised and the deal went through without any issues whatsoever. Rob and the team were excellent to deal with and I would 100% recommend this company to family and friends. Nice one.

After confirming the car I was interested in was still in stock I arranged a viewing and test drive. The staff members were all very friendly and polite and answered all questions I had. After viewing the car and taking it on a test drive we agreed a date for me to pick it up. On the day of collection I was picked up after getting the train and was driven to the dealership. The car was given a fresh MOT and even had some fuel put in. The car was spotless and everything was done with the upmost professionalism. Thank you very much DC Automobiles!! Brilliant service throughout the buying process. Allowed me to reserve the car for enough days to both sort financing and make the trip down from Sheffield. Lorraine and Rob both provided excellent service throughout. I was given a competitive quote on my PX along with the C-class I bought being the best priced on Autotrader. 5 stars for service, price and everything else. I would definitely consider making the trip down again when buying my next car.
