I had looked at various examples of the car both private and trade but non matched the quality of the car I chose from Whitethor.
The whole experience was first class, Mo was so friendly and helpful and not the usual pushy car salesman……He even bought me cakes and coffee! I had a couple of minor problems with the car and Mo immediately had them rectified without any quibbling.
I would highly recommend Whitethor cars to family and friends, the quality of all the cars in stock is second to non. I will certainly be purchasing my next car from them.
After care is top notch too, as it was a quick sale they hadn’t received the new mats for the car but posted them out to me promptly.

Purchased a Peugeot 308 GT from the guys at Whitethor Cars around 6 months ago.
The car I purchased was presented immaculately, transactions were dealt with promptly, the handover process was easy, with a no pressure approach from start to finish.
Regarding my part exchange vehicle they gave me the value I was requesting for it, they took into consideration the service history, the specs/optional extras on the car, the recent servicing work I had undertaken during my ownership and the overall quality/condition of the car.
Now to the most important thing... CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had a number of cars, from multiple dealerships/garages (Main dealers & privately owned) I can honestly say I've never come across a garage which has such high standards in this area/department.
Whilst driving home in the car, a number/variety of warning lights appeared on the dash. As soon as got home I communicated this to Mo, the next day a courtesy car was on my drive and they took the car back and had a garage diagnose and resolve the issue. They kept the car for a few days to ensure the faults were sorted and would not reoccur which they have not. During the whole process Mo or member of his team was in communication with me via WhatsApp messages (when I was at work) or phone calls, this was on a daily basis. I was never left guessing or chasing them for updates (Like I have multiple times in the past with other garages)
I will definitely be a returning customer when its time to replace the car.
