Fantastic service and very honest, approachable staff. Bought a Nissan Pathfinder from them in September and it was just as described; Lovingly cared for and immaculate throughout. I had 1001 questions before (and after!) purchase but nothing was too much.

Where do I start I travelled down from Scotland as Steve had the car I wanted with the spec I wanted .Steve from start to finish helped me through the whole buying process keeping me up to date every day .The car was immaculate and exactly as Steve described it .Even picked me up in Mansfield and to end the experience HIs Daughter sorted all my car tax out etc so I cant recommend Clements Quality Cars enough I would certainly travel again and buy from Steve without hesitation thank you again a really happy owner

This was the 2nd time I have bought a car from Clements Quality Cars and I will go back time and time again. Fantastic, friendly and relaxed service without the pushy sales tactics that you expect, or should I say endure, in car buying. The car was impeccably presented and brought up to its best ready for me to collect. The finance process was simple and straightforward and they helped me to find the right terms to suit my budget. They helped me find the perfect car for me at a very competitive price and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Next time I’m looking for a car it will be the first place I look.

AVOID this used car dealer.
Gave them a £500 deposit to secure a car. I made it clear I was going to go away and get the outstanding balance on a finance deal.
My chosen lender refused me the loan, and so I could not purchase the car. I explained this to Steve the next working day, and yet he refused to give me back my £500.

Very good customer service, however had problems with the car every month despite it going through numerous checks. Just a coincidence that as the warranty ends the head gasket goes. Bad place and not all that helpful.
