We bought a really great condition VW Polo from these guys. All was going smoothly, until day of the pick up! The salesman was really good and after we test drove the car, found a few things that we agreed to get sorted before the pick up. The passenger side, left front, electric window was not working but the central locking was working. He agreed to knock £100 off to fix the window motor or repair it. We decided that we wanted to pick the car up 2 days later, with everything in working order and we could drive off with the window motor installed. Day of the pick up, the car was not ready, waited 2 hours and alas the motor was not the problem. The mechanic, had tried to replace the motor and fit the new one, and then undo what he had done. The central locking is now broken and the window still not working!! This is so sad, now even tried to contact them and sort it out, the mechanic did actually break the motor housing and central locking pins under the door knob, after having it checked by a real mechanic = human error. Still have not heard back form them.... DO NOT LET THE MECHANIC TOUCH YOUR CAR!

If you want to waste your money use this place. Owe me for a non working Q7 that has been on-going for almost 17 months and surprise they have now dissolved. Leaving me out of pocket, and a court case I had won to claim the money back.
