I really appreciated the customer service at this showroom. They had a lot of patience with me, as I was choosing between cars in different traders. Even offered to extend my safety deposit deadline and full refund, should I had chosen another dealer.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Sold us a car with a faulty engine, faulty ECU unit, dodgy catalytic convertor and a crumbling exhaust line.

Not to mention the non existent brake pads, and fake MOT paperwork!

The car had broken down within 5 weeks of purchase, and when we approached Muhammed we were fobbed off.

Then when my mechanic contacted him, he was also fobbed off, then we were told we were outside of the 3 month warranty period.

This guy has many many court cases against him and his many previous business names (starline motors, fair deal cars, etc.) He needs locking up!

Amazing service. The team made me feel welcome when i arrived. The Mercedes was in pristine condition and i was able to purchase with confidence.

I received good customer service from Mariam the sales agent.

Fantastic service - Very friendly and responded to all calls. Car was delivered a few days after purchase with full tank of fuel. Very few scratches and car was in good shape. One MOT certificate was missing so emailed and it was sent within days. Very happy

Absolute disgrace of a service, late all the time, dodging calls, "will do it next week" for months on end.

When I also got the car, their lack of communication or giving any receipts made it look like a scam, thank god it wasn't but the service is disgraceful. Would not recommend this place at all, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

My Father bought a Toyota Yaris from them. He is 70+. My dad kept it a secret when purchasing it. My dad was informed about the update and vehicle checks very regularly before releasing the vehicle. I was also impressed with the home delivery service and the care they take. The delivery driver who went through the whole vehicle upon arrival was very thorough throughout and did reassure my dad. A minimum deposit was taken and a card machine and payment taken upon delivery. This was a great service end to end. It reassured us and any doubt of fraud was eliminated. I spoke to west London motors afterwards and they took me through any pending question and warranty and AA service. Myself and my dad don't barter with prices prices are very reasonable and honest sell. I would highly recommend them. Honest sell and great customer service. Thanks for looking after my dad. He said this will be a long lasting vehicle and maybe his last one.

We paid a deposit and the garage held a car for us to view. Unfortunately, the car wasn't for us this time but I want to say they they were professional right through the process and returned the deposit straight away - no quibbles or problems. Great service!
