DON’T BUY A CAR FROM THIS GUY!! He is a Dodgy person, untrustworthy, and not respectful. He described the car as working and fit for purpose but it is broken and he lied about having forgot the paperwork at home but he doesn’t have it AT ALL. I am currently disabled and I was in need of a working car to get about and he delivered the car to me via a lorry and the car does not start, there’s an engine problem and it has MANY other faults. I could’ve even drive the car one meter. He was extremely rude to me and I currently have a court case going on with him. He gave me a warranty but doesn’t want to fix anything.

Sold us a scenic with gearbox issue. Took it back few weeks later. He told us he fixed it. But he didnt. Car cannot do more than 2 miles. I have to take trains n buses to far places. Only use the car for school runs as I cant afford to change the gearbox now.
He gave us 2 months unwarranty. Called him one day and he answered. Told me he was driving to call him back in 5mins .he never picked up after that.

I bought Van from them 4-5 months ago. Van was leaked under the engine. They put new part called gear cylinder ( that's what he told me). Part is broke again I asked to help to get warranty on that part but this guy's blocked me and not replying back. Very disappointed with there after sales services.

Highly recommend not buying any viechles form these people. Bought a van from them and had some issues with it shortly after, i took pictures and sent it to them, only to have me drive to their mechanic for no reason all they did was clear the fault and thats it. The same issue came back a couple days after and i messaged them again but this time the guy who sold me the van decided to block me whilst still under a 2 month warranty. Couldn't get through to him by text or phone call even drove back to the office and hes nowhere to be seen. Stay well away from them

Great garage under new management,very fair prices and first class job.

never don’t buy from here the vans, they sell broken cars and when you return the car to them, they give you a little money

I bought a van in October from Stonecot vans ltd. I was waiting for my V5C form until the metropolitan police confirmed the van WAS STOLEN. The man sold me a stolen vehicle and I will meet him in the court as he doesn't want to return the money back! SO DISSAPOINTING AND FRUSTRATED!

What a waste of time!! So unprofessional!! Arrange the viewing and noone was there. Tried to contact but no reply. Wouldn't buy the car anyway as it looks dodgy, several layers of pain on a alloy wheels and tatty inside. Would not recommend this garage to anyone!!!!!!!
