The salesman, helped us on making this decision by only considering our needs and not on a more expensive car he could have, perhaps convinced us to buy. 5 star service have recently purchased a golf r from this dealer. A gentleman called Tay was fantastic with customer service and being organised picked up the car and was in immaculate condition and always a helped me with my questions. Would recommend anyone with to this dealer absolutely fantastic and honest people.

Car engine seized within first 30 days. Not willing to refund cost even though is bound by consumer trading law. Fake service book came with car, no history even though was advised it came with it. Fault was there when purchased, have proof, however he denies it. Wants me to pay towards the repair on a car that has not been looked after previously and could therefore be a potential money pit. Just someone who wants to bodge cars. I would avoid because you will get fed lies.
