I have had an overall very positive experience with Birchwood Motor Centre from reaching out about a car I was interested in (2018 Grey Golf) to viewing the car, test driving and purchasing on 01/OCT/2022. It was my first time getting a car on finance and Jamie made the entire process seamless. I was able to check out the car with adequate time, test drive it and ask all the questions I needed. They were very helpful and patient with me, very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend coming here for both experienced and first time buyers as you will be in great hands with very communicative staff. I have had the car now for just over 2 weeks and drives beautifully, no faults to report. Thanks so much! 😊
Absolutely appalled by this dealership, deserves to be shut down and no right to sell dodgy vehicles.
Picked up my vehicle and somehow passed MOT with worn tyres that could blow which actually happened when I was driving & the vehicle bonnet not opening as they have broken it with brute force with a tool!!!.
Following my tyres I have paid 500 nearly to replace all 4 tyres as they are not road worthy, driving my vehicle having a blow out whilst my partner is in the vehicle with me who is heavily pregnant!?
They have the audacity they are not going to pay the invoices?….
Further more I’m looking at another 300-600 for my bonnet to be fixed. I do not trust your people touching my vehicle ever again as they have tried to pull a crafty one and try to get away with it, so there’s no one to blame.
I highly advised for anyone who visits not to purchase a vehicle from there ever!
The clutch went 1 month later. I live 3 hours away from the garage. They expect me to drive the car to them to fix the clutch knowing it’s on its way out.
I have suggested getting it done local to me, send them the invoice and be done but this isn’t an option.
Terrible service and I would avoid.
A couple weeks passed and I finally got a response to which I asked if the key is not found, will you pay the invoice for a replacement? Which is £360 roughly from BMW and I was basically told ‘I’ve asked people to look, let’s see what happens’.
3 months down the line and I have heard absolutely nothing after I have sent more messages and emails, terrible after service. Hopefully we can get this resolved, I look forward to hearing from you.
