10 out of 10 for fine services, the perfect car for me, customer service outstanding. Good quality used cars to choose from. Drove 125 mile to just see the car, and drove it home the same day with finance!! Mr M went above and beyond to help me drive it home the same day. Very pleased, recomend!!

Bought a used vehicle from Mr.M just under 3 months ago. Vehicle advertised to be in excellent condition, which was questionable. Nonetheless the car met my requirements and the purchase was made with good faith in Top Cars Redditch, and the warranty provided.

Come collection day, discovered that the panoramic roof was reluctant to open, something Mr.M witnessed in my presence. Was told I'd get a call back from Mr.M regarding a solution for this, however I never recieved this call. I was wrong to assume that it wouldn't be a big deal as the roof refused to shut 2 months later. Went through the warranty provided with a quote from specialist MB repair centre of circa £880, £200 of which I would have to pay as it's labour intensive job. When I gave Mr.M a call explaining the situation he was completely abrupt, rude and unprofessional and adamantly claimed this issue was due to wear and tear, despite knowing this fault was present since the day I collected the vehicle. Further investigation into the vehicle's maintenance records revealed that the panoramic roof wasn't serviced in accordance with the manufacturers requirements causing the motor to seize.

All in all, despite the very warm and welcoming service during the sales process, I won't be returning or recommending Top Cars Redditch due to the appalling after sales service.

Brilliant. Travelled 150 miles to see a vehicle after speaking to Mo over the phone. I usually wouldn't do that after some bad experiences in the past with other traders but was pleasantly surprised to see the vehicle was exactly as described. Mo went out of his way to stay late on Sunday afternoon after I was delayed on the M6, was very accommodating and even collected me from the train station when I arrived a couple of days later to collect the car. Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
