When the vehicle arrived in Australia it was exactly as Bobby had described it and so i had no issue to get the vehicle registered. Crouch End Classics has a small boutique collection of older cars. I bought a dependable car for a good price. Bobby got the car serviced just prior, and threw in a 90 day warranty. The purchase includes MOT checks for life! With this, Bobby establishes a long-term consultative relationship as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional sale where you get your car and hope that nothing breaks. I like it this way, and would readily recommend Crouch End Classics if you need a used or classic car.

Bought a 328i from Bobby. He followed up on my initial enquiry with a call very quickly and sent a significant number of photos. I arranged to view a few days later as I live 270 miles away from London. On inspection the car was as described. Bobby is a good guy to do business with. He is a straight talker and has plenty of charisma. Unlike many in the motor trade he can make a decision without going to a manager ( he owns the business). He even got me on a Sunday from train station so I could pick car up. Don't expect a car detailed to within an inch of it's life but do expect an honest description and car to be as described. Older cars will not be like new but I arrived home 270 miles away from Couch end without issue. Nice easy transaction.
