Terrible service. Do not use.

My wife and i tried to buy a used car from here for over 6 weeks. didn't listen to our needs, hardly any communication and they only came back to us after we chased them despite us physically going in at least 3 times to discuss buying a car.

We were left with the impression they just weren't interested and didn't want the business.

Do not waste your time here they are rubbish!

Just brought third car from them, very happy with the way we were treated. All our cars are serviced and maintained with them, would not use any other garage. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer Service!
FORD should assess this garage and remove its name from it.
I own a car still in warranty. The issue I have with my car is sporadically, so one day that it manifested, I went down to the garage and explained at priori that I would book a slot for the future and that I was there just to show them what the issue was as I mentioned to him that it doesn't do it all the time.
The person behind the desk was lazy and he didn't seems to enjoy what he was doing. He was chatting with the sales person, no one acknowledged me when I got in.
He said that at the time there was only one technician who was very busy.
I finally convinced him to come and check the car, he noticed the issue and still commented that if the car doesn't do the specific issue when I bring it there on the day of my appointment, there was nothing they can do. Illogical to me.
After he checked the car, I noticed a young person smoking outside the garage and playing with his phone. He was the technician, because I asked and he confirmed.
I repeat that should NOT be a FORD named garage.

Service and Repairs:
Good old fashioned proper service from a family business: The phone gets answered, you can book your car in for work or a service in reasonable timescales, and you can speak to the same person twice and they’ll put themselves out to help you if you’ve a dilemma if they can… in fact most of them have been working there for many years (rather than just a few weeks like a lot of the other places you can’t Trust so much!) so that should tell you all you need to know. It’s still a full on proper Ford franchise with all the check up videos etc, so you’ve nothing to worry about as regards work quality… so if you want to be treated like a valued customer rather than an inconvenience, bring your car here!
