Very happy with Drive Away UK and the service they provided when we bought a second hand car. I feel I got a good deal for the car I was part exchanging. The car I bought didn't have a second key but Drive Away UK said they would contact the previous owner and try and get them to find it. I didn't hold out much hope but when they found it they called us up to let us know we could collect it - they didn't need to do this as we had already bought the car.

Overall I am very happy with them and would recommend.

Brilliant service from Jay and co. I purchased a Ford Fiesta from Driveaway in September. It was in a very good condition with low mileage and has been running perfectly ever since. Had a very small issue with a fuse gone on the ciggarette lighter, took it back and got it changed there and then with no issues. The passenger side wing mirror also became loose and was a slight issue for a few months. Despite reporting the issue three months after purchase Jay gave me no issues, sourcing a new mirror and fitting it very swiftly. Would highly recommend the business, the car is extremely reliable and the customer service is fantastic.

Very good quality used cars. Have had the car for 4 days and so far all is perfect.
Bought a second hand Honda jazz from 2005 with only 1 owner in beautiful condition and low mileage. I did a HPI check online, before buying, and everything lined up with the information the dealer provided.
Excellent service so far.

Will update this review after another month with the car.

Great experience here. Corolla I purchased was reasonably priced and the 3 month warranty is legit. I had a small battery problem just after purchase and the guys came to me to install a battery free of charge within a day. Can’t ask more than that.

Im not happy with my experience and how i was treated. I can confirm that the customer service that they provide is horrible. My father gave deposit for a car which he then decided he did not want due to circumstances. The company refused to give it back (which is acceptable) and they said they could transfer it onto any car i want (his daughter). I got in contact with the company and that when all the issue started. I was being ignored through messages leaving me on blue ticks, no one got in contact with me to ask what my requirements were for the car. Overall, i had to do all the chasing. My father paid £680 to a car we did not want eventually (as stated above). They took of £180 for deliver, the car was not delivered and my dad not mention a day to them. BUT the company said they already paid for the delivery. I questioned this and the response i got was "i can assure we not gna squabble over 180 we giving 500 etc" with the exact grammar. This was a threaten that if i was to question the 180 they were not going to give my 500 that my father paid. (I have evidence ). Then i was promised that they could find a car (ford fiesta) for £4,000. However, i again did the chasing and massaged and the response i got what "hi there i have tried looking, but couldn't find anything that suited your requirements"... so why was i promised???? I was messed about and was taken as a fool. seriously not happy with this company i do not recommend. AND i do want my deposit back as they could not find a car for £4,000 which another company did., they clearly wanted more money.

Incredible service - what you would want from a car dealer! We purchased a Suzuki Swift from Drive Away Deals. The Car was in great condition but unfortunately it broke down shortly after our warrantee ran out (unheard of for a 2013 Swift). Jay at Drive Away didn't hesitate to take fixing the car on as his responsibility as we had only recently purchased the vehicle. He worked tirelessly to diagnose and remedy the issue, updating us every step of the way, covering most of the costs himself and splitting the final mechanical work with us 50/50. Big thank you to Jay and his team.
