Fabulous service and very friendly. I dealt with Nick and Alex who were extremely helpful. I rang and booked an appointment to view the car. I arrived at the garage with the car parked out the front ready for me to have a good look at and test drive. All was spot on with the car and was described exactly how it should have been. Alex even helped me tax the car! Brilliant service and very happy with the car!

Needed to replace my car as it was approaching MOT time and I didn't want to spend any money on it. I purchased a BMW which is in excellent condition for its age and price. I was not spending a fortune but was made to feel just as important as someone spending thousands. Really happy with the car and the service was exceptional. Strongly recommend.

I would be very careful of RC Woods, after buying a mazda mx5 from them last week, it has come to my attention a number of issues with the car. The car was due a service even though they had the car for 6-7 weeks. The brakes needed replacing, shouldn't of had remind anyone. Was it ready to be sold? Later on found a Kevin Woods had the car previously? As he was the previous named driver. The cars radio doesn't work, I was told to get an electrician to look at it? The key is very faulty, on a few occasions I was unsuccessful of opening the car. The suspension arms are knocking, and the bushes need replacing asap (quoted from AA call out team). Would I say I was satisfied. The answer is no. I would never recommend RC Woods.

Bought a Honda CR-V here and the propshaft was missing and the steering rack needed replacing, both expensive fixes. I didn't have the car checked before buying since RC Woods is AA approved and made the mistake of trusting these guys who didn't give full disclosure about the condition of the car. I learned the hard way!

Bought a Mazda MX5 for my wife from Alex at RC Woods. He went out of his way to be helpful and answered all my questions. He arranged a video inspection which was good. Got full MOT and service thrown in. The car is actually better than it appeared on the video. I paid a fair price and didn't bother haggling.

Car was delivered on time by a very friendly and professional driver (Shaun) who was a credit to them.

I could not ask for better service and would highly recommend.

I am so pleased I have traveled long way to get my Mazda 6 from that garage. Very friendly and helpful service. I love my new car. It was all worth it to travel such long way to get it. Thank you Shaun!

Disgusted with this company. We spoke to Alex and booked an appointment to see a car. We were coming from outside of the local area, as explained. Alex told us someone else was coming earlier but he would call us to confirm that the car had not sold before we set off. He did not call us but we did call the showroom and were told it had not sold. We got ready to leave only for Alex to then call and say that the earlier people cancelled their appointment and were coming in after us so even if we wanted it we couldn't have until they had seen it and made their decision. After some probing he said they had paid a holding deposit - not something he had said when we booked the appointment. No idea if this customer is a friend of Alex but feel very let down that he had not told us the truth. Looking at the reviews it seems that they advertise cars for sale, don't care if customers are on their way to see the car and just do what they want anyway. Very poor! Go somewhere else where they are more honest.
