Collected my car yesterday and was dealt with by Christopher. The entire process was very smooth and both guys working that day were very helpful and polite.

They were very accommodating, even letting me charge my phone while he organised the paperwork so I had a sat nav to drive home.

Really great experience, definitely worth travelling for. Everything was done within an hour, and I was even directed to the cheapest petrol station nearby which proved to be very helpful.

I wouldn't recommend buying cars from this dealer. I bought a jaguar here months ago. The stop start didn't work properly 😒 then one day the car just couldn't start at all. It was towed to the garage and found out the turbo had been replaced and fitted badly. V12 didn't tell us the turbo had been replaced. Didn't give us any paperwork to show this had happened.
Because it was fitted badly debris went in which caused other damage to the car.
All together its costed us £5000 to fix the car.

No checks done on vehicles until after they take your money and then withhold the car from you. Pushy to receive full payment on the day just to have it in the current months books. Deposit taken and arranged to collect the next day, only to be met with an apparent diagnostic fault on the day but couldn't really tell me what the fault was. Another 2 days and still no answer other than 'it's not a quick fix'. Still not had the deposit refunded, but should I be surprised?

Recently purchased a car from Alex here at the garage. He made the process so simple and was even allowed to take the car home that day! Received great service from Alex, and the team there are very friendly. Really pleased with my new car.

The company will not accept vehicles back for refund if purchased outright for cash.
Be warned sold as seen vehicles.

Only credit transactions are protected with the 14 day return to base promise.

The vehicle received no basic service prior to sale, the last being in 2020.
However V12 state it's not necessary.

The vehicle I purchased is subject to a safety recall which the company failed to disclose.

The vehicle has been inspected by the AA however multiple faults exist on the vehicle both within gearbox and rear suspension.

The AA are reviewing the quality of the inspection.

The company appear uninterested in anything more than getting you to purchase whilst pushing extended warranty,which in my experience should be of benefit.

Appalling after sales service!

I bought a vehicle in May and immediately spotted an issue. Sent by them to one of their recommended garages who diagnosed even more issues. VERY slowly a couple of these things have been rectified but over six months later, one of the issues remains unresolved and now I am getting no response from them.

Interestingly, shortly after I bought the car, a review appeared on Trust Pilot from someone with my first name, living in the same part of town as me, and having dealt with the same salesman. I can assure you that I did NOT post that review.

I assume their tactic is to make things so difficult that customers eventually give up. Well done V12 - you win! I no longer want anything to do with you. You now have a customer who will NEVER return and will NEVER recommend you to anyone else!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish!! Rich our salesman was brilliant! Made me and my partner feel comfortable throughout, wasn't pushy in anyway. Left with a deposit down and a smile our faces!! Anyone looking to buy a car and considering V12 sports and Classics, do it! You won't be disappointed!!
