Couldn't recommend more strongly. Absolutely great customer service. Was a little worried that the car didn't come with an underwritten 3 month warranty but Alex said his handshake guarantee was enough.

It was, after 2 months the break pad indicators warned that the pads needed replacing. I called Alex, he asked me to book it in with my local garage. We did and he immediately paid the invoice directly.
