Easiest experience I have had buying and part exchanging a car. Was given a fair price. Patrick called me prior to visiting and I told him the cars we had identified. Upon arriving we discussed what we wanted and were taken to the lot where the cars were ready and waiting. We test drove one, done a deal and drove home in it. Patrick was particularly helpful during the whole process and I will be using him and BMW again. Great stuff.

Patrick was my salesman, he gave me excellent customer service. I test drove two cars and he explained all the benefits and showed me how to use all the features. He also assisted me in getting a good part exchange value for my previous vehicle. I would definitely recommend using Big Motoring World!

The Rudest most condescending sales person greeted us. Instantly assumed we could not afford a car. Reluctant to let us test drive. Asked if we could go a 3 point turn during the 30second test drive.

We turned up having booked an appointment to see a car we wanted. Should have been an easy sale as we knew we wanted it. The salesman left us, literally went back into the office and left us.

Eventually the manager came over to ask us what was happening; we gave the salesman one more chance to sell us the car we wanted. However we were greeted with yet more condescending comments towards us.

Would not recommend this car shop and i feel embarrassed to have even suggested visiting.

Went to purchase a Nissan Qashqai for a friend. Very much pleased with the process. Stephan at the Handover team was really helpful as we had some human error on getting the vehicle taxed, had to go to the post office twice, finally all sorted by Stephan. The sales person Andrew was a very nice guy and receptionists including at the cafe counter were friendly and nice.

Had a nice smooth experience buying a car with Melissa.

Great salesperson with good knowledge and was a big reason I drove off with the car on the day.

I'd recommend if anyone wants a nice purchasing experience to try to book an appointment with Melissa 10/10 service.

Don't buy from here, full of liars imo. I bought a car from them, but had to return it as was wrong car for what I needed. They agreed but kept my deposit of £1500 because "we won't be able to sell the car for the same amount", so they kept it to cover the cost difference. Car was then sold for same amount 2 months later and when I spoke to them, they told me to get lost and that they could sell it for any price they wanted. Seem like a trustworthy place to you?
