I cannot recommend Automatic Cars Ltd enough. My family have purchased multiple cars from here and they have always been excellent. Very low mileage, very reasonable pricing and staff are very helpful and friendly but not pushy at all. Big thank you to everyone at Automatic Cars Ltd for the fantastic service, yet again. Special thanks to Ben who helped me with the purchase of my new car, he even sorted out getting new private number plates for me - very very happy customer!!!

We have just got a 3 year old Ford Focus Estate from Automatic Cars. It had only done 2600 miles and was immaculate from end to end. Even the engine compartment looked like new.
Mike and the others made everything, including the trade in on our old car, happen very smoothly and we are now enjoying the car and rapidly increasing the mileage. It is getting better still as it loosens up!

I recently bought a car from Automatic Cars and extremely happy with service from viewing to driving away. All the guys there were first class and very responsive. If you are looking for late used vehicle with low milage with an automatic box this is the place were the massive collection of vehicles is impressive. I have no hesitation in recommending this well established business.

I visited the showroom late in the afternoon and choose a car, stupidly without much research. I paid a £500 deposit and received a receipt/contract that didn't mention if the deposit was refundable or any cooling off period. Later that evening I researched the car more thoroughly and was concerned about engine issues so the next morning I called and said we had changed our mind about the car. We fully intended to buy another car so told them that they could keep the deposit, again no mention of it being non-refundable. We checked out a few other cars over the next week or so but couldn't find one that we wanted so asked for the deposit back. The salesperson Tom, who was helpful throughout, said that I needed to speak to the owner. He told me that I had promised to buy another car so I couldn't have the deposit back. I would have accepted some sort of admin fee but he was not interested. I hope the money makes him happy. On the plus side for me I won't have to deal with him anymore, an expensive lesson but probably worth it.

Recently purchased a 3 year old BMW X1, service was friendly and efficient, great car with low mileage and excellent condition. Competitively priced. Easy collection. Would definitely recommend. Whenever the time is ready I would use Ray Morris again

The process was so smooth and easy being given a test drive with Tomasz who was extremely helpful and professional but without the pressure you get with most car dealers. Michael, the Manager also provided me with exceptional customer service.
