What can I say?
I made a 450 mile round trip to buy a car from this company! Firstly, I must mention that my initial contact was with Andrew in my enquiry stage of the purchase….. he was so professional and knowledgeable of their large selection of used cars and reassuring. Likewise, Ross, my second point of contact was just as helpful.
I’d basically scoured the country looking for the right car for myself and my family and found it with W18. The car I’d chosen is without doubt the best I’d seen for price, condition and mileage for the year and without exaggeration, immaculately clean. I’d like to thank Gary for his amazing help and personal guidance in the purchase of my car. I had a few issues with my trade in car…… long story but he took the time to find solutions and help me secure my purchase. He went above and beyond and has my grateful thanks. I had a great, painless experience with these people and can’t recommend them enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.
P.S, Andrew was a very funny guy, a great ambassador for this great company.

Amazing service from start to finish! There wasn’t anything that caught my fancy when i first had a look, but Adrian let me know what they were due to get in and when I said i wanted to look at one of the cars coming in, he let me know as soon as it got there and made sure i was the first to see it! I fell in love with the car and the rest of the process was so simple and easy with amazing service, updates about the car and the most helpful team you could want! No pushy sales at all, just caring staff who want you to walk away happy and that i did!

Amazing service from start to finish. After several calls with Gary & Adrian, i felt so comfortable purchasing the car i wanted, i didn't even travel to see it. My parents have bought their car there, my grandparents have and I have bought my first car there. Customer service was excellent, wasn’t pestered whilst looking around and then when it came to buying the car there was no fuss just straight to the point. Had an issue with my car a couple of days after purchase and they had it fixed in a heartbeat. Highly recommend them.

W18 cars are a great place to buy from would highly recommend them . If your looking for a good quality car then pay these guys a vist you won't be disappointed. We took a look round W18 as we were after something to tow our caravan after a test drive we purchased a hyundai tuscon 2017. The finance was sorted quick and easy and we collected the car the following weekend and up collection the vehicle was immaculate in side and out . Adrian and the guys are great to deal with and we will definitely be back again in the future thanks again .

Absolutely shocking. Owner is disgrace. 2 weeks after buying car it won't start. Owner the most unhelpful person I've ever spoken to after taking 7 grand. Even charge me £1.50 to ship a missing clip to my house
