We were impressed with the service that we received from Robin both prior to our purchase, on the day of our collection and post sale call. The car we purchased was immaculately prepared down to our post code ready on the sat nav and phone set up. Nothing was too much trouble and I would fully recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.
Whilst looking around the vehicles for sale it appeared careful selection of low mileage cars with full service history was evident. We travelled from Northumberland for our vehicle and are fully satisfied with our purchase.Thank you once again Robin.

Chevron Motors Ltd. are a first rate garage and provide first class service in all matters, be it repairs, servicing or replacement clutch, as in my case. Their charges are excellent and customer service is top drawer. Can't praise them enough.

The service here is great, friendly and pricing reasonable. They have Citroën expertise and I would always choose them over the local official dealer.

Purchased a kia about a month ago from chevron motors, Nigel the sales manager was down to earth but very friendly and professional. He gave me a good part exchange price over the phone and when he look over the my car up his price. Nothing was to much trouble for him they even purchased and posted a hand book for me, They also phoned two weeks later to make sure i was happy with the car. Excellent customer service 5 STAR.

Purchased a 2nd hand car from Chevron Motors back in June 2022. You could smell the previous owner had carried a dog(s) in the car. Chevron Motors assured me that they would clean the car thoroughly. Upon collection day the car still smelt strongly of dog, looking back I should have refused the car there and then. They had the car for a deep clean and wet vac. 2nd time lucky right? Upon collecting the car it smelt better, however as time went on the dog smell came back. Turns out whatever they had done had only masked the smell.

I started my own investigation on where the dog smell was coming from. The car was ‘caked’ in dog hair in every nook and cranny. Removing the rear seats unearthed what can only be described as year’s worth of dog hair and dog dander. I gave the car my own deep clean, removing dog debris from all over the car. Under the font seats, tucked under the front footwells and carpets. The seats even after a deep clean with car shampoo still have a dog lingering smell. So much for the ‘deep’ clean Chevron motors said they had completed.

I have used car interior shampoo, enzyme cleaners, car bombs, air freshers and hovered up an awful lot of dog hair entwinned in the carpets. Yet the dog smell still lingers.

I must have spent at least a total of £200 purchasing cleaning items and a set of seat covers.
Moral of the story, don’t spend £12k on a car that smells of dog. No matter how well Chevron Motors say they can clean a car. Just walk away.

Awful customer service and be careful when buying an older car after buying one and being sold a warenty which covers lots of things including a Campbelt we find out it doesn't and
it should have had one replaced at five years old and the garage should have checked it had had one done before selling on to us

Independent business, amazing team I service and customer support. Can't fault any of the interactions I have had in years of ownership and post-sales support and service. Couldn't be more different from the insincere service from main dealers.
I very highly recommend.

Absolutely awful customer service. Car had a loose wing mirror cover when my husband viewed and paid a deposit on the understanding it would be sorted before we took the car. I've had the car less than a week and 2 days ago when turning a corner the cover dropped off and was run over by the car behind 😩 The garage have refused to accept that the cover was surely still faulty and have instead insisted the car has been hit...it absolutely has not! The cover dropped off and we've now had to pay £100 for replacement. Rude and sarcastic on the phone too. If I ran my business like this I would have no customers.
