I've recently bought a fantastic BMW 1 series from The Car Site on Bromley Hill. I genuinely had no idea of what I wanted to buy but that didn't matter because when I spoke with Arthur the salesman, he talked me though various options. His knowledge of the stock available was immense and after a short conversation he sussed out the perfect car for me. All agreed over the phone and just a brief visit to the site to complete paperwork and collect my fabulous new car. John the salesman was amazing in helping me pick a car to suit me and the family. The service was amazing and he got me a great deal. Highly recommend the carsite as I had looked at previous dealership and was not offered the same selection of cars and the help needed to ensure I got the car I wanted. The car drive amazing just as John said it would. Also Arthur was very helpful on test driving and rounding up the final details such as warranty. Very happy!

The customer service from Arthur is just outstanding! His been brilliant throughout the whole purchase process of the zafira & I got a decent part exchange price! I did have a minor issue with the car but Arthur made sure it was promptly looked at and sorted the issue, The carsite even re cleaned the inside and outside of the car after. (Added bonus!!) This is a 2nd occasion I have bought and sold through the car site and I want to say a huge thank you to Arthur who dealt with me 2 years ago on purchasing and part ex and I had the pleasure today dealing once again with Arthur purchasing and part ex. Needed to buy a new car as an emergency (MOT failure).   Stopped here on a hunch.    Arthur was brilliant.   He realised very quickly that I did not know 'about cars' and insisted I take the car I ended up buying to my mechanic for a check (Arthur had wanted his mechanic to give the car a check buy I needed it that day so waived the check).

My mechanic was not happy with one or two things. He and Arthur spoke, Arthur picked the car the next day and returned it later.    Even my mechanic is now happy.

From start to finish, Arthur was brilliant (even with the paperwork and arranging road tax)  And, he was more interested my buying a car that was 'right' for me, even though that meant I spent slightly less and they had cars available in my original price range.
