These guys are super friendly and helpful. From the moment I arrived they knew who I was, did not force the sale and talked me through in a considerate and understanding way. When I asked for the vehicle to be serviced, MOT'd and checked over by the AA 520 point check process they were completely fine. Think I have a good deal - in any case they gave me a 12 month warranty so I am v happy. Would strongly recommend this place.

Bought a car here they looked after me much better than the main dealer. The staff was very kind a polite they looked after me very well. Very happy.

Had a really good experience with these guys, they are friendly and couldn't do enough to help me. I would recommend them but as I've only had my Mercedes 24hours I can't really say how good my car is. Will repost in a couple of months, but very happy so far.

Very disappointed would highly NOT recommend I purchased a Mercedes C-Class from Car plaza 2 months ago on finance the car was riddled with so much issues I was promised the car would get repaired during the time of the Mercedes being with car Plaza I received no phone calls to update me no courtesy car no contact I had to do all the running around to the point where I had to speak to the owner and the owner initially said he will help me but kept getting the runaround 2 months and still waiting for the car typical used car salespeople very nice with you when you arrive when there's problems they will not accept responsibility and delay because I was with a finance company they did refund me the money but nothing for my inconvenience 4th August 2018 today is 9th of October 2018 still without a car or any help from car Plaza for selling me a faulty car they have so inconvenience to me I have a disabled son and have been put out badly I am 100% sure if I bought this car outright with cash they would not have refunded me so easily I do appreciate every car is different but this was my experience with them one piece of advice check the car through out and don't take their word for it pay the extra to get a mechanic so you don't end up like me. I wouldn't have given them 1 star but unfortunately I couldn't

Had a bad experience just visiting this trader. Firstly the looked to sell me a car for a price much higher than their own add on auto trader ..kept saying he was giving me a deal ,like I wouldn't check on auto trader for comparative offers not to mention his own pricing on the website ..also asking him for a part exchange ,he enters in a value on auto trader and then showed me a much lesser valuation ( more than £1000 lesser) then when I entered in the spec of my car on the same website ..they look to con their customers and would do anything for a quick buck ..quiet shocked as they give dodgy car dealers a whole new meaning.

Great service from start to finish. Imram did everything possible to ensure we had the best buying experience and we did. Highly recommended, welcoming, friendly and a great service by all.

My advice is to check every detail of the car you want and ignore the sales people (they might tell you other people are texting them or calling them about the car you're looking at).

They advertised a car as 19,000 miles and it was actually 19,900+.

Anything below expectation compared to the advert - ask for money off.

Also offered a free tank of petrol before signing but were extremely hesitant to give it after the sale.

All that said, the car has been fine and I've had it for around 18months so that hasn't been a problem.

This was a few years ago , they sold me a car which has been in an accident and they had hidden it well by a paint job which after 6 months looked horrible and my paint shop told me the car had a bad repair job.The wheels on the same side was buckled. So the mistake i made was not looking close enough .. so please inspect the car you are buying from them and be very cautious as I am sure they would be doing this to many other customers and cars.
