We purchased a car for my son who is learning to drive as we speak. We found a great vehicle advertised online, excellent condition and low mileage. I bought a VW Golf recently from Cruz and they are an absolute pleasure to do business with. Prince checked in with me throughout the sale process and the aftercare really was first class - I had a small issue with the aesthetics of the car on arrival and this was rectified immediately, again with top rate aftercare from Prince. The pricing of the car was also extremely competitive.

A very excellent experience considering I am halfway across the country. Car was delivered with a few minor snags which were beyond the control of Cruz Cars, Prince went out of his way to resolve them quickly and ensure I was totally happy with the car (I am). Promised a refund yet has still not provided one. Meaning that chances are I’m going to be charged late fees on my rent.

Was happy to take my money, but when the car was in an undeliverable state through no fault of their own they promised a refund but as of yet has not delivered.
