My husband and I purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass from IP Motors. The purchased was smooth without allowing much negotiation on list price. The car had no petrol inside so we needed to fill up right after buying. We traveled 2 hours to this dealership. They were helpful when buying the car but now afterwards they’re avoiding us. A week after purchasing we had some rainy days and noticed a crack in the rear taillight causing water to get inside. My husband contacted 3 times to only get a response of “we didn’t have this problem when we had this car”. They promised 2 weeks ago to contact headquarters and help fix this problem but we’ve heard nothing back still. The car came with 3 months warranty.. but they do not even cover this

From start to finish, what a professional service, staff friendly and reasuring with full knowledge of vehicles. They dont have any hard sell with any additional extras. Good prices, good selection of vehicles. Was happy with purchase, easy to locate, parking near. Would purchase from here again. 😊😊

Car looked in very good condition, had a short test drive. Found salesman to be very efficient at organising paper work. So far( only a couple of days) but pleased with the purchase.

Great experience. Really nice company to deal with and Mouaz the company rep and his colleagues at the dealership were friendly and open. Also I wasn't rushed and I checked over the car thoroughly before purchasing it as well as a friendly local test drive around the local roads. So far the car is driving really well and with a low mileage too, drives very smoothly. I have the 3 months warranty in case I need to call on it, but lets hope not. A free 12 month AA roadside cover was also included in the offer and I took that up without hesitation too. I'll recommend the dealer to my friends and family. Keep up the good work. Liaquat Ali

Shocking is all I can say. 6 days we had the vehicle and it had a major mechanical defect so we backed the car. Over 4 weeks to get our money back. Stay well clear of this so called dealership

Had to give them a star to be able to wright a review, would not have given them even one star. DO NOT BY A CAR FROM THEM. They lie and cheat you, the car we bought was under warranty because it’s an auto trader car dealer.
The story is long when it comes to them, long story short, they sold us a car they knew was going to give us problem, every time we came back while we were under the warranty, they connected the car into there little iPad to do a diagnosis, kept the car said it was a part they had to order, when we got it back nothing had change, they lie and cheat stay well away from them.

Very friendly and helpful. Explained all I needed to know and made me feel very comfortable with the purchase. Love my new car and hope for many happy years together. Thank you IP motors.
