Brilliant service, helpful, trustworthy and more than happy to help. I bought my first ever car from them three weeks ago now and am very happy with it and the wonderful service I was given throughout. Great business, would highly recommend!

STAY AWAY. Do not buy a car from here. Endless list of problems with car since buying from them, promised that car would be serviced and MoT’d before sale but no evidence of either. Multiple faults with vehicle that now need fixing at own cost, no vehicle manual and engine has been tampered with to disconnect fuel emission sensor, the list goes on.
Cannot believe they are still able to legally trade. Disgusting.

Brought a BMW from them a few months ago had to go back to them as oil light came on after 1hour of driving went back to them lost the car to them for a Week phoned everyday to find out what was happening got told it’s going in the garage today every day when I picked it up they said they cleaned a sensor didn’t even replace it guess what the same thing is happening again. Also check you have the alloy wheel fitting as mine doesn’t and has the rear wheel nut missing guess. Not very empresses with how rude they are on the phone I would buy another car from them.
Also got told the car would have a full service just done the service myself there is no way a service has been done.

Brought a Ford Focus from these charlatans. I was told the car was fully serviced (lies) the air con was not working and I had to make 3 visits to his mechanic which cost me money in fuel. They never call you back and you have to chase them. The radio had lost it's code and I had to sort it out myself. Again if I could give a minus I would. the whole experience was a nightmare and I regret buying the car.

Awful service. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Paid for the car only to find there was more wrong with it than originally told. Four weeks later, the car was finally delivered. Had to return it, having driven it only twice, because the problems they had 'fixed" were still evident. Trying to get through to them on the phone is also a nightmare.

Surrey Autos provided me with a great car , a Toyota fresh Import from Japan .
Their aftercare has been excellent and rectifying any problems has been done with the least inconvenience to myself .
I highly recommend them and would return to them for any future needs without hesitation

Booked to go and see a Ds3 they had in stock, we had messaged two days before and confirmed a time with them for a Sunday, also told them we would be travelling an hour and 20 mins to get there.

When we arrived we found out they had booked in another customer at the same time as us to see the car?! Was very awkward and no idea who was going to see the car first or if it was going to be a free for all?!

All of the cars where dirty on arrival and the car in question was dirty, the wheels where very scuffed unlike in the photos. There was also a large panel gap in the bonnet but was told the car had never been in an accident.

To top it all off, the staff member got out a battery pack and started trying to jump start the car?! He said this was normal when a car hadn’t been started for a couple of weeks? I’m no mechanic but I don’t think this is the case, also the car was a diesel engine, so worrying it had been left for that amount of time without being started or moved.

Extremely unhappy and would not recommend this garage to anyone, thank full of what seems like a lucky escape because god knows what else could have happened if we had gone through with a sale.

I can't even begin to tell you the absolute nightmare I suffered at the hands of Surrey Autos. It is without doubt the worst experience I have had making any purchase ever and I'm 46 years old. My dispute was finally resolved after 3 months. The only person who was respectful on some level was tje guy that took my money on the day. I don't like to leave bad reviews because I know the damage it an cause a business but my goodness please think twice before buying a car here
