Came to view a fiat 500 from Ralph last week and instantly felt at ease. Ralph was very thorough with the description, honest and truthful of the condition of the car. We made an appointment to come view, test drive and hopefully drive away which I was assured can happen and Ralph duly delivered. Good selection of cars from what I can see if you love a mini but overall cannot recommend this company highly enough. More than Happy to buy from again A* service given and after sales service is good also.

Thank you JD Care Sales for my Fiat 500👍🏼👍🏼

Fast and Reliable!
Lee Lewis was great! We were selling our car as we needed to get a bigger car, He came round at a convenient arranged time, checked out the car, offered a fair price and took the car the same day! Much more easier than online companies we had previously tried. He really knows his cars and a nice person! I definitely recommend JD Car Sales in Borhamwood for Buying and Selling of cars.

Please be extra careful when buying from these guys. The car we bought 8 months ago has had problems from the beginning and now has finally packed up. JD Car Sales said the car was fine after we complained the first time round after getting it "fixed" from them. Please get the AA or another automobile association to check the second hand car you are buying (costs about £200 for a full report) or else you will be paying hundreds if not thousands in repairs. BEWARE!

Very Genuine people!!!
I bought a car from them and had a issue with it. Even after moth’s time they offered me the fully refund. They were very friendly and helpful . So genuine people to work with and such a great experience, I definitely come back to JD car sales for my future cars. Highly recommended!!

This may be a very late review. However, i have never forgotten my experience with JD car Sales. As a first time buyer of a vehicle at the age of 20, I had no idea what to look out for when buying a car. I saw a VW Polo 56 plate posted on auto trader and after asking a few friends they advised that even though the car is slightly pricey, it will be a great reliable car. When I went to see the vehicle, the car looked to be in good condition on the outside and the salesmen were really friendly. It is almost impossible to tell if the car had any issues internally. However, When we did ask the representative Lee if there were ever any issues, he mentioned that the car has never had any issues whatsoever and is working perfectly fine. I was really excited about having the polo as my first car so I purchased it. After 3 weeks of having the vehicle, the car started to over heat. I thought this was normal. However, after speaking to a few work colleagues they mentioned that there is something wrong and it should be checked out immediately. I took it to a local garage who said the head gasket is going and the engine will collapse anytime soon. I was in utter shock as I had paid a high price for the vehicle and did not want to have to pay additional for the repairs. Even though a few garages had told me the same thing i was still hoping for a fix that would not cost me so much. I took it to a few other garages and unfortunately, I ended up going to a dodgy garage who said it was only a radiator fault. I was so happy when he me told me it was an "easy fix" as i thought the issue will finally be resolved. After paying him £250 thinking the issue will go away, it worsened. I tried everything in my control to have it repaired without having to pay crazy amount of money. For a good few months no matter how long I drove for whether it was 5 minutes or an hour the engine would over heat and the coolant would leak everywhere. I tried using different products from Halfords. Unfortunately, nothing worked. When I contacted JD sales they were very quick to dismiss the fact that the issue had started after a few weeks of purchasing the vehicle. They blamed it on the fact that because I had changed the radiator rand that is what caused the engine and gasket to collapse. I ended up paying just under a grand to have a new engine put in as I wanted this nightmare to be over. I probably spent about £700 before that trying other ways to have it repaired over the course of a few months. JD Car sales did not accept fault. I really hope no one has to go through this experience as it had caused me so much grief and made me out of pocket for a while!

Brought a Mini Cooper from them and the engine light kept coming on so called them and they were happy to exchange it,which I did for another Mini Cooper which at first was running fine, having owned the car for just over a year and costing me more than what I paid for it and still needing more spent I have decided to scrap the car.Not happy

Lee came round to my house and quoted a competitive price vs other online sales websites.

I found Lee Lewis a pleasure to deal with and everything was very smooth from start to finish!

I would highly recommend JD Cars to family and friends.
