They sold me a car with a faulty clutch. When i went to pick it up, they didn't bother to wash it or clean on inside, windscreen water pump didn't work, i fixed by myself, left front door rubber seal missing. The guy in charge send me to wash this car to they neighbours a wash car company like i begged for this car for free not like i paid 😒

They sold me faulty car. I localized broken seals in differential area, brought car back. After 3 days they said it's fixed, but didn't provide invoice as they said they fixed it in private garage. Well they didn't.
Tyres were worn, break pads didn't exist, axel was broken. Failed MOT 2 months after purchase, they refused to cover costs.
A year after purchase major oil leaks discover all over, there was hole filled with silicone or whatever on bottom of oil sump, oil everywhere. Cost of that over £1000 plus similar amount for the ones mentioned before.
Avoid for any price.

Unfortunately same as the other reviews you take a car back under warranty and they don’t get it fixed properly instead they try and botch it until your warranty runs out, I’m sure they sell some good cars but there after service is terrible and this day and age you expect better from a company I really would avoid this place, it went to a garage that even told them the problems but they disagreed with the garage about what was wrong with the car, which was likely due to it costing them to much to fix but then what’s the point of a warranty. Not a company I would ever visit again and will be telling colleagues and friends to avoid.

I bought a car from this dealer which had a 3-month warranty. However, within a week the car started having problems, when I called the dealer, they didn't want to know.
The customer's service is zero.
I would not purchase from them agian. Bad experience.

Purchased a car just over 3 months ago, had an on going issues with the water coolant disappearing and after having it looked over we discovered a crack in the engine. Took the car back to the dealer and got told prove it that we sold it to you like that! Very helpful not

Amazing car dealer, bought a 2016 Vauxhall Insignia from them and everything was spot on. They let me inspect the car for about an hour, let me run some diagnostics on it and do a test drive.
They've serviced the car before I've picked it up, changed front tyres and also MOT'd for 1 year.

And the guy who we dealt with was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them!

Great at taking money but terrible at giving help or advice. Know of afew people who have bought a car from here to only have major problems and issues only weeks later. Go back to tell them and they dont want nothing to do with you. Rude and ignorant people.
