I have had the good fortune to by a second-hand 2015 Nissan ENV200 battery-electric van from Clive Martin, at the West Sussex Van Centre, in Worthing. The van has nearly 50,000 miles on it and most people think it is brand new, until they see the number plate.
I bought the van remotely – sight unseen. Clive took excellent pictures and made me a video showing me every aspect of the vehicle in detail, including minor scratches, which he took care of prior to delivery. I did decide to have the AA carry out a full inspection, but this did not show up anything Clive had not already shared with me.
The van was delivered to me on a vehicle carrier for a very reasonable price. The van was immaculately prepared and exactly as described.
There was a very small electrical problem with the display screen, which kept opening and closing when the power was off. However, this was caused by over-zealous disinfecting just prior to delivery. This was no worry, though, as Clive assured me that if it did not clear up on its own in a few days he would use his industry contacts to have the van repaired, by his company, at a location near to me. As it happened, the problem cleared up in a few days, so there was no need to take Clive up on his promise of great customer service, which I am confident would have worked out well.
I whole-heartedly recommend dealing with West Sussex Van Centre.

Charlie was great!!! I saw the van online and thought I would nip down there the same day to have a look. Allowed me to have a good look around the van with no rush or pressure! Decent length of test drive to make sure I liked it. I decided to buy the van for starting up my new plumbing business and every step of the way Charlie kept me updated of what was going on, was there to answer any questions and was a very smooth sale!! The forecourt is also clean and tidy. All paperwork given over is well organised and done 100% properly with no hassle at all. Overall very happy and will defiantly be going back when I'm after another van and will 100% recommend!

True gentleman of car dealers. Charlie's customer service was brilliant. We phoned about a BMW X5, he answered all our questions, we agreed a price and bought the car. Before he delivered it, it was washed, serviced and got a new mot. While this was happening, he was always in touch, which was very reassuring. To top it off he fitted a new PIRELLI tyre (which was not apart of our agreement) I think his words were and I quote..."Based on the money you have paid for the vehicle there's no way I can send it out with that on it so I'm going to change that for you and it's also going to be a Pirelli"
When he delivered the car, he also mentioned he changed the batteries in both keys. The guy truly went above and beyond, which was much appreciated. Brilliant dealership.

Clive sold a non ULEZ compliant 2016 van to my ULEZ based business and delivered it there without telling us anything. Clive said he thought we might not use our new van in London despite us being in London. He said he wasn’t thinking about it when he left ‘euro 5’ off the ad. I do not believe that.
