Acton Motors are an extremely trustworthy, reliable dealership, and they really go the extra mile for you. I bought my car from them at the start of February and I was seeing a few others on the day of my test drive, but Actons really stood out as being the most friendly, honest and knowledgeable. When I decided to buy the car, Steve very kindly delivered it to me in Hove at a time that suited me. The car came in pristine condition, and smelled and looked brand new! Faultless service

This is a family run business, and Steve and Aaron make you feel most welcome, they are super friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful, the premises are clean and tidy with an extensive selection of quality cars on display.

We were left to leisurely look round the cars and we really liked a gold Ford Fiesta. Steve gave us all the info and we had a test drive by ourselves which was great and we decided the car was perfect for us.
Neil had valeted the Fiesta, it was super inside and out and shone like new!
When we collected the car a few days later it had been serviced with a new MOT and Aaron kindly taxed the car for us before leaving.

We received excellent customer service by the whole team which made the experience a great pleasure.

I live a considerable distance from these guys but they had the car I wanted so I got on a train they picked me up from the station the car was exactly as they said in fact better. Test drive and we did the business. I drove home delighted even more so when without hesitation they rectified a missing key and battery issue over the phone. Had to take a car back to these clowns on my recovery truck because it had blown the head gasket. Being as good as they are they rubbished a qualified, timeserved mechanic's diagnosis and put the fault on their customer. The engine had obviously been tampered with before the sale, probably by these clowns and now they want to charge to fix it!

A thoroughly excellent and professional service from the very first contact to taking the car home. The staff were welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful. I cannot fault the service I received. 100% recommended.
