terrible, organised to 2nd view a car on a Sunday, advised open until 17.00, organised for my mechanic to view the car only to be told shutting early today 12.00. Terrible service, avoid!!!

Bought a car which has had multiple problems, too many to mention, and which has had to be scrapped a few months later.

The car I part exchanged had many problems as well, but Alpha put it on the forecourt the next day for a high price.

Looks like a case of buying others problems with Alpha. Never again. If you buy a car from them, get it very carefully checked by a mechanic.

Bought a 318d which I am very happy with but one of the wheels that had been “repaired” was was leaking air within a month of buying the car and I called up and told them (they gave me a 3 month “warranty”) but apparently cracked wheels don’t come under warranty so be very careful to check the warranty when you buy they make out they care about the customer
