My Son Oliver wanted me to write this on his behalf, he just brought Golf R and at 20 was his dream car that he worked very hard for. He fell in love with the car straight away and the service the capital car offered was excellent especially from Ersin and although we had a couple of mechanical problems, which was just bad luck, they sorted it all out for Oliver and kept him updated while the car was at the mechanics. We would highly recommend Capital Car Company, its not just about buying a car it is about customer service and looking after your client, which they 100% did for him. I purchased my VW Touareg from Capital Car Company recently and it was the best car buying experience I ever had. The car was in the workshop the day we arrived (unannounced) to view but Ersin made sure we were booked in for viewing first thing the next day. We were given plenty of time to look at the car, ask questions and go for a test drive. At no point was there any pressure put on us to purchase, but everything was dealt with in a relaxed manner. After putting a deposit down, Ersin made sure the car got fully serviced, MOT'ed and received a final valet. The car is great, and I am sure we will be back to have a look at what's in stock when it's time to replace either this or our second car. And by the way, whatever car smell product you use when valeting - it is absolutely fantastic.

This company is amazing helped me with the warranty company and every time I’ve ever called or messaged about anything they have given me answers and helped out I had a full in depth video of the car before I went to view shower any tiny little defect you wouldn’t see till you were there being very honest about the cars condition
