Biggest used car shop I've ever seen. More than 500+ cars in all price range. All just like brand new.Went to take a car for my friend and he got an affordable hatch for his family. Good place to visit if you have a plan to take a used car.

Awful service from start to finish.
You do not get to drive away within an hour, that’s one of many lies they tell you. More like a week. Cars are faulty and not able to drive off the forecourt for want of repairs need doing to them!

Complained to customer service and they handled the complaint appallingly, just directed me back to cov manager who was part of my initial complaint. How can they expect a person named in a complaint to deal with said complaint. Laughable.

Finally got a response from them and they offer me £25 as a ‘good will’ payment. They accept no blame and feel that after spending almost 20k on a car that £25 is sufficient.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Go somewhere reputable if you’re looking to buy a car.

Great experience buying a nearly new car very fast and efficient service. We got the free fuel for a year deal on top debit card but unfortunately its nearly impossible to top it up. And it's only valid for 8 days from the 1st to the 8th over every month.

Amazing place to buy your car. The cars here sell like hot cakes so u need to be a bit updated regularly and call or follow up with the guys there regarding new collections.

Do not rely on the website since it basically shows only like 20% of what they have since its a pain to handle updating website for a place with fast selling cars.

We purchased our car after 2 visits. Dan the sales guy was amazing and very honest. Took through all the details very nicely and made sure we are 100% clear before making the decision to buy it. The finance part was also really smooth. Uyin did a wonderful job and we drove off with the car. Highly recommended place to buy the car. They are super reliable. 5 stars.

Cons:

Overall prices were much higher than what they advertise online - even though all the cars were on sale. You will struggle finding any car for under £10000 in there and they are all budget cars.

The car I was interested in had an exhaust fume leak (Diesel fumes in cabin are dangerous) in the engine bay and when I tried turning the fan & AC on to test if the fumes will end up in the cabin the fan didn't even work. The dealership mechanic came to try and fix it on the spot but that didn't work so the car was taken away to their garage.

Make sure you check everything works before you spend any money and get your mechanic to come with you if you don't have advanced car knowledge.

I suspect they don't check their cars at all as most of them needed wipers as well.

Pros:

Friendly staff and knowledgeable staff

Took 4 days to get the car we wanted, but the staff went all out to make sure it all ran smoothly salesman Sam finance Mo Jordan Ellis and Sam kept on chasing Lender for us thank you only lack was communication between them and me

Bought our son his first car, salesman Tom was excellent very helpful not pushy. Let my son look, answered questions without over explanation.
If buying a car be prepared although it says drive away in an hour, more like 2 to 2.5 from arrival to drive away.
Partly to see how many different choices and then to complete paperwork

I brought a Ford Fiesta 1 year ago and haven't had any real problems. The car did end up having a slow puncture when I took it home but they repaired it free of charge.

Only complaint is that if you do take finance out make sure you arrange your own as their rates are super high. It's also worth haggling as they ended up taking £1000 off sticker price.
