OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Made spending more money than we initially intended to very enjoyable. Contacted Frosts yesterday by phone, visited today and bought a car. Huge thanks to Peter Hibberd and Dino. Informative, professional and made this a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend based on our experience today and we will be back when I am upgrading my car!

The service provided by Peter was excellent. I was not able to actually come to the dealership to see or collect the vehicle I purchased (Tesla M3), so Peter kindly organised transportation to have the vehicle delivered very promptly after the sale was completed. It was much appreciated.

We didn't end up buying our new car at Frosts (this time) but I'd definitely recommend them. The experience at the garage was great. No pushy sales talks, great cars and lots of choice. We got all the time we needed to sit in and compare the cars we were interested in and got a really good explanation on the process, warranty ... Definitely a step above most similar places.

We saw a car online with frosts which we were interested in but we live about 250 miles away from shoreham-by-sea so we didn't actually see the car until it was delivered, and although we did have reservations about buying without seeing the vehicle we needn't have worried. Dino was a star, sorted everything out for us via email or phone, he constantly kept in touch with us letting us know how everything was proceeding, he arranged delivery for us and when we took delivery we were extremely happy, the car was fantastic and we could not have asked for more from Frosts and Dino in particular. Very friendly and professional service, not pushy but engage with customers. I could check cars way outside of my budged without any attitude from staff, no pressure to spend money, rare gem those days. I'm well happy doing business with Frosts.

Frosts Cars Shoreham by Sea were great because they responded promptly to my enquiry. There was someone available late one evening on chat when I wanted to reserve my car. This is the first time I have purchased a car remotely and Dino understood this and took time to reassure me. This was a major purchase and I was very pleased that the car was delivered to me personally by Dino despite me living 3 hours away. I am very pleased with my new car.

All in all Extremely please with my Service & the way i was treated as a Lady with a Van 😁which as fellow lady van driver's know is very hard to find a trustworthy garage.

Will be back Next year.
