LMC Car Sales

Bought a BMW 2 series last week and strongly recommend you avoid this dealer. Had a defective tyre sensor the day after buying, and the owner of LMC Cars, James, said that sensors are not covered as part of the warranty even though the paperwork clearly says sensors are covered. Eventually, James the owner of LMC Cars, wanted to put in some unknown fake replacement part even though the genuine part was only £75! I ended up getting it done myself at my own expense. James the owner of LMC Cars was extremely rude, unhelpful and I really really wish I did not buy a car from them. Please learn from my experience.

Bought used car on line ...was worried in case it didn't match expectations on delivery....however it exceeded my expectations..it was sparkling and clean inside and out... like a new car! All the photos and videos viewed on line were a true reflection of the vehicle and the live video tour and honest answers to questions asked appreciated too. Fast and easy delivery of car ...nothing to complain about at all. Thank you for your super service and a fab car .

I bought a used car Peugeot 3008, from LMC. The way they dealt with the customer were excellent. When there was an issue with the car, they tried their best to sort it out. And the problem was solved.

Mo is a legend.. We had a bad experience in a main a Toyota dealership but spotted the car we wanted at LMC Cars so headed over. All the cars look clean, tidy and are priced about right.

They seem to specialise in 2-5 year old quality cars. We were not jumped on as we arrived, which is refreshing. When we were ready we went into the main office, which is smart and clean. Spoke to Mo who was great from start to finish. I don't think it could have gone smoother. He was genuine, no hard selling things but gave us all the options you would expect.

The car we purchased was very clean, low millage and freshly clean on the morning of pick up. We were offered a drink and the most important thing to me is I was not given the heavy sale, honestly I hate feeling pressured into buying things. If the car is right and the price is right then you will buy it, right! So why so many car sales places seem to think you can be pressurised into purchasing from them. Well I found LMC refreshingly different.

Oh and the other thing that stood out was the working environment for the staff. All seemed to have worked together for 5-6 years, again unusual in the motor trade, and they would help each other out, making it a pleasure to be in the office when going through the paper work...

The worst car buying experience I have had.
Second key was not supplied neither car floor mats. Car had more than average stone chips which were not in the description. Car was driven off of the forecourt with a punctured tyre!!! On top of everything LMC didn’t have the courtesy to put in even £10 worth of fuel so the car was driven off with the reserve light on. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. Very disappointed and would never reserve a vehicle online. Would not recommend buying from them.

Just completed the most delightful and stress-free process buying my new car through Cristian. From the get go, Cristian came across as very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in his trade. What started out as a random enquiry call ended up being a purchase a couple hours later. He also did well holding my hand through the entire process, keeping me updated and meeting requests I had.

Very rude manager would not recommend LCM Car sales. Found a car that we liked found marks stone chips pointed them out they said they would get them all sorted, made an offer on our trade in
On the day told us was going to take £500 off the price of our trade in car and none of the bit was done on the new car we was getting big spider stone chip on screen that looked like someone just put superglue on it. They changed the deal and told us we are not getting our £500 deposit back the manager had ago at my wife saying we was trying give them a lemon
And she had not even spoke to her sales team.
This company seem like they offer you one thing then make up so many excuses just to get your money.
Still not received our refund (please pay your deposit on credit card )
