I bought my new car and exchanged my previous vehicle with Crewe Car & Van Centre in April 2014. I can honestly say that they have been a pleasure to do business with. They were genuinely well informed, honest, and totally reliable. I would 'definitely' do business with them again in the future..!

Best Regards - Peter Christopher

I collected my Mercedes E Class from this firm a couple of weeks ago now. After trawling the country for the right car I finally found it here. It was clean & presentable when I arranged a viewing. It was competitively priced.
The staff were very accommodating & professional & I was offered more than I ever expected part exchange for my 55 Plate Mondeo! Overall a very satisfying & stress free experience. Would highly recommend this dealer & no doubt I will return. Keep up the good work.

Bought my first car here in October 2015, a few days after purchase I realised that the long beep i thought was the parking sensor was actually a beep to tell me there was a FAULT with the parking sensors!!! Then about a week after purchase noticed an irritating rattle! Took the car to my mechanic who proceeded to show me a heavily corroded exhaust that had been haphazardly welded into place with a makeshift bracket. £200 for a new exhaust back box and middle section. Fast forward a little over 2 months and the clutch has gone, £500. Owned the car less than 4 months and spent £700 on repairs already, and that's without fixing the parking sensors, which I can live without. Avoid is all I can say, very disappointed.

edit 12/02/2016; Thank you for your quick response! To clarify I didn't use the warranty supplied with the car because in my Warranties 2000 booklet there is no mention of the exhaust system or electrical components on the 'Components Protected' leaflet. The exclusions section in the leaflet then proceeds to state, "This warranty does not cover.... the breakdown or failure of any components not covered by the warranty". So I didn't see much point in trying to claim for parts that aren't covered. Also, the final bill for my clutch came to £892, due to the dual mass flywheel and the master cylinder also needing replacing. Even if this had happened within the 3 month warranty period (happened 2 weeks after warranty expiry) I notice that dual mass flywheels are an exclusion anyway.

If you would have taken care of these problems regardless of them not being covered by the warranty then this should have been made clear from the onset, and I deeply regret not contacting you immediately! Anyway, I've learnt a few lessons about buying used cars and once the cam belt/water pump have been done the car shouldn't need any major work for another 50K miles so I suppose that's a bonus!! Ever the optimist :)
Kind Regards,
Tomos

Poor service, sold me a car not fit for purpose and refuse to admit liability, shocking.

No. I reported the problems within 2 weeks of having the car, you took it away to be fixed, it wasn't fixed, I reported it again still before the 6 month ownership burden of proof and you still claim it was fixed. Also you lied to the finance company in regards to how many miles the car had done. Claiming the car had only done 118000 miles when in fact it had done 132000 miles, this makes the contract invalid and voids the contract with you and the finance company as the finance has been miss sold due to you not telling the truth, the proof is on the MOT done 1 week before i purchased the vehicle claiming the mileage was 132000 miles when it was MOT'd. So there you have a problem.

Also this company has still been contacting me to take down this review when i have a legal right to express my opinion, in fact last week was the 3rd time they tried to get me to remove this.

I want everyone to know what a terrible car company this is, how the miss sell cars to the public and lie to finance companies to get the finance for the vehicles, my friends, family and co workers all tell people to stay away from this company and when my workplace is the biggest employer in the area that should reduce the amount of people having to go through the hell i have been through since April.

I am now £11000 in debt for a car which wont move of my drive way, and struggle to sustain my life financially because of cowboy dealers like this.

I hope people read this review and avoid this company.

I recently purchased a motorhome, What can I say ? absolute pleasure to do business with Jason and all the staff at Crewe van centre, they did everything that they said they would and much more. Many main dealers could do with taking a leaf out of their book on how to deal and treat customers, We would certainly recommend Crewe van centre Thanks very much Jason and all the staff best wishes Paul and Claire from Liverpool
