Absolutely excellent, selling the car was a breeze. Ryan took the V5 and keys, spent 15 to 20 minutes looking it over and test driving it, and the money they quoted me was in my account instantly. Thanks guys.

Bought a car about 3 months ago, very easy process. Decided to purchase extended warranty from main dealer, who checked the car over and identified an issue that would have cost >£300 to fix. Cazoo agreed to fix it under warranty, no questions asked. Turned out the issue was not present after all, but Cazoo valeted my car anyway. Very impressed.

Sold our car to Cazoo Northampton. The online offer was £600 higher than nearest quote.
When we arrived, we were met straightaway and they checked car. 30 seconds later the money was in my account. Very impressive service.

Shocking! I sold my car to them 3 weeks ago. They said the money would be in my bank within a few hours and the rest of the finance would be settled within a week! 3 weeks later I assumed it had all been done. But landrover keep sending me letters to say it’s not been settled. So I’ve called Cazoo today to find out, they’ve still not paid the settlement amount. Someone their end didn’t update the paperwork. Shocking this has happened! As now landrover still think I own the car and I can now get a bad credit file mark against my name. When I don’t even own the car anymore it was sold weeks ago. This is not what I expected. I also emailed them 3 times and had no reply!

My daughter collected her new car today and the service we received was amazing. When we walked in the car had a cover over it which made the reveal even more special. Huge thanks to Ryan at Cazoo Northampton for all his help, he was extremely helpful. The process of buying the car was the best we have ever gone through, so quick and easy. Thanks Ryan we will certainly recommend you to friends and family and our son will be the next one we bring in. Thanks to all the other staff who were very welcoming.

Best oil change experience ever! Godfrey at Cazoo Northampton was amazing. I had a pleasure to visit Cazoo Northampton this weekend and I was surprised they gave me an appointment the same day, offered complimentary tea and coffee while I comfortably waited for my car. This was the best experience I ever had. All the staff were super polite and helpful. I will definitely be coming again!!!!

The experience could not have been better. The team there are polite, friendly, helpful and clearly well trained. The centre itself was spotless, with coffee and soft drinks available. I was given an excellent welcome and was well looked after. The process of selling my car was easy, seamless and they keep their promises. Honestly, it was the best customer experience I have ever had from the motor trade. I would highly recommend Cazoo - it's so much better than haggling with a car dealer or having to sell privately. Quite a remarkable experience really. My history of car purchasing is on the seedy industrial estates of Northamptonshire and Leicestershire, which leaves a lasting impression.

Cazoo Northampton is just a totally different experience. Super friendly staff, excellent waiting facilities in which I started 'what we do in the shadows' from one of the living room booths they have and free coffee and water throughout my stay.

I was kept informed at all times about the progress of my car and was very happy with the outcome of the service.

It would be insane not to recommend them at this point!
