Leicester Van Centre

I couldn't be more grateful for these guys. My dad and I drove all around the country looking for a good van for a conversion.
I originally enquired on their website about a transit, I got a call back super quick, telling me it had been picked up, but was quickly suggested other vans at the same price by a super friendly voice. I made a long trip to see a van or two for myself. I ended up getting there close to closing time, and these guys were so unbelievably pacient with me and showed me all the vans close to what I was looking at. Let me drive them all. Then helped advise me on the best one. And even struck me a great price without me asking. Just to make things even easier for me. Unbelievably helpful, friendly and accommodating. They offer some great suggestions for warranty and don't let any vans leave without making sure they are clean and ready to go.

I have bought a Citroen Relay from this dealer. Had some little problems but was quickly rectified.
They have lots of vans , competitive priced, very good finance deals and warranty available.
Communication was very good, what’s up, messages, email and phone, all quickly answered.
Every member of staff was helpful and polite.
I would definitely recommend this dealer, myself, very likely to purchase another van in the next 6 months from them.

really great service from start to finish helped us with everything online. We paid for the vehicle in full and then got the vehicle delivered to us so we never actually went there on site I must say it has been a pleasure to do business with this company. I found a van from Leicester Van Centre, went to view it and left a deposit. A week later I collected the van, a very simple and efficient process throughout, Joe was very helpful and communicated well during the purchase.
Overall I’m very satisfied with the service. And the van drives and runs great.

We bought a VW transporter 18 plate and spent £20000. After driving it a week, the Engine Management light came on with a fault of EGR valve. I phoned LVC and they told us that warranty has ran out and they can’t do anything about it. I took the Van to our local garage and he told my husband that we have to replace the EGR unit and also the alternator is about to let me down. Also LVC told my husband that they’ve replaced the timing belt but it’s oil sweaty and noisy so what kind of belt change was that??? Overall spent over £1000 already and also need to replace the timing belt because of their poor work done on it. Stay away and safe your money and headache. We contacted Leicester van centre several times and they always said the same, that a colleague will phone us back but never received a phone call back or a solution
