Mike Brewers has been great. Found the car I wanted on autotrader, called the showroom and spoke to Chris Agar who quickly answered all my questions. That day I put a small refundable deposit down on the car and agreed a reasonable price for my 10 year old part exchange. I booked a late Saturday appointment to pick up the car and do the exchange. Did a test drive and completed the efficient purchase and exchange process quickly. They paid the price for my exchange car that they quoted. Very happy with the new car and exceptional service from Chris and Mike Brewers. Thank you very much - I can highly recommend - and I have had some bad experiences with showrooms in the past.

They were responsive, offered fantastic value for money whilst providing great specification and high quality vehicles. The whole process was so easy from start to finish and delivered the car to my door. (on a transporter so enusuring no extra mileage was added). Couldn't fault the service and unlike many other dealers they are 100% transparent and make the whole buying process very simple. The best dealer I've come across for value, quality and service. Very professional dealership with a large range of low mileage cars. Visited to view a car with my Wife, pre-arranged appointment with Chris, the Sales Advisor. Arrived to find Chris and the car ready for a test drive, and a fair trade in price was agreed for our old car very amicably. Left deposit and collected new car the following week. I bought a 2020 Seat Leon from the Dunstable site. Tony the site manager was very helpful and informative. Colin in the head office was also very helpful with sorting the appointments and admin.

My only criticism I have is the test drive route took us through the busy town centre which is entirely a 20 limit. I would have liked to be able to test out the car on some faster roads, however this didn't take away from the overall buying experience.

First time I have purchased from Mike Brewers. The sales lady (Hayley) was very professional, addressed all my queries and was a pleasure to deal with. The car itself was very competitively priced, presented in excellent show room condition, and their finance is actually 2% less than the main dealer. In my opinion, they are clear winners in every aspect of car sales.
