I saw Leon after being recommended by my wife who had a great experience and fair price from Leon a couple of years back.

I texted Leon for an appointment and he came back to me very quickly with a suitable time. I met Leon this morning (45mins ago) and as I type I've already had my car valued, sold it, and received the money in my account. It took me about 15mins with Leon from start to finish.

I got an acceptable price - not as much as I may have got from other further-afield car buying places based on quotations and not as much as I'd have gotten selling locally myself. However, my understanding is that when you get an online quotation you're usually knocked down a bit anyway.

That said, given that my car's tax was due to run out in 2 weeks and has only 3 months of MOT left, I was more than happy to take a drop in what I could sell it for the convenience of avoiding any extra hassle and extra effort selling elsewhere. My wife likewise received a very fair price on her car when she sold it to Leon and also a really positive experience. We both feel we were treated fairly and not pressured at all. Leon was very personable and a pleasure to deal with.

I messaged one of my friends (who lives 15miles away) on my short walk home that I'd been to the Car Buying Shop and he immediately replied with 'Leon or Calvin?' - clearly the chaps have a great reputation for themselves and are known far and wide.

All in all an excellent experience and would not only use again but recommend to others.

Good choice 👌 to sell car

I had tried selling my 2012 Ford Focus for around 6 weeks previously to be met by a long line of time wasters and tyre kickers, I had decided enough was enough, so I took my vehicle to the car buying shop aswell as one of thier competitors. I found Leon to be very helpful, open and honest ( unlike thier competitors) and unlike thier competitors there was no hidden fees or charges for transferring the money, I recieved every penny that Leon quoted and I honestly couldn’t be happier!
