Cazoo Customer Centre Chertsey

Super impressed with my experience getting my 2018 Volkswagen Up. Very transparent buying process online, with Cazoo highlighting any minor blemishes on the car (in person these were extremely hard to spot).

I was constantly kept up to date via email from buying the car, to picking it up today.

The collection experience at the Chertsey branch today was superb. I was greeted by a very friendly chap (think his name was James?). He made the whole transaction super easy, including the part exchange of my old car. Despite buying a used car (a 1 litre one which resembles a small red rollerskate) the experience was still made to feel rather special. Small touches such as hot/ cold beverages, and having my car "revealed" to me from underneath a cloth cover.

The car itself had a full valet (including the engine bay having been washed), and was spotless inside and out. Super happy with how it drives!

Overall, I'm extremely impressed with Cazoo and the Chertsey branch. A fuss free way to buy a car. Would highly recommend!

Just collected our car from Dan at Cazoo, we got a 40k VW a week prior from a VW dealership who treated us like dirt but wow what a difference here at Cazoo . Excellent team there , car as it was described a great handover. I can't see why I would ever buy from a "normal" dealer again. From the cars "reveal" to the bag of goodies to driving away we were made to feel so special. Bearing again in mind this car was a 1/4 of the price of our VW the level of customer care and the cars presentation made Cazoo win hands down . Thank you

Great customer service in the Chertsey branch. The car I received is in full working order, but clearly wasn’t cleaned or fully described with scratches and marks on the outside and even none related paperwork left inside the car that belonged to the previous owner. Marks and stains on the interior that wasn’t mentioned in the description. Will have to now pay for a full clean. But will say I was greeted professionally by the team and treated well.

Excellent service and looked after very well by the sales consultant, Alan. The purchase of my vehicle went smoothly from viewing it on the Cazoo website to collecting it locally. Would highly recommend cazoo and would certainly choose this method of purchasing again!

I’ve had two cars from Cazoo in the last couple of months and I must say the service I’ve received has been nothing short of sublime. To their customer service team on the phone (Devin in particular, has been wonderful to deal with), to the team at Chertsey (Harry is always a delight during the handover) the experience has been seamless from start to finish and any time there has been an issue they’ve fixed it right away and with exemplary precision. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wish all customer service experiences were like this. If I could award more stars, I would!

Fantastic Service Cazoo John and Becca.. Swift smooth polite.. efficient.. Becca customer service is 10/10 and John knowledgabe top man. Couldn't ask for more. Tried something new and it was fun.

I’m not gonna lie, from the beginning everything was great, the staff was lovely, everything easy and quick, the car seemed amazing, so clean, it looked brand new! But, and a big but… about 15 days after collection date, the check engine light came on and car was hesitant, not responding as quickly.. I know these things happen, but it spoiled everything. I need my car to go to work everyday, and since I called to have it looked at, I waited three days to receive response, and appointment is a week away. If something worse happens I’m stranded.. I was perhaps hoping for something a bit better from Cazoo.
