Overall great experience. Love the idea of the free courtesy car until you drive it away and the fuel tank is empty leaving you wondering if you'll make it to the nearest petrol station. Apart from that they offer a great service and cost seems fair.

Just had full service, mot and minor repairs completed on my Honda CRV MK2. Vehicle was collected on time and dealt with faultlessly, communication was excellent, highly recommended.

Booked car in for a clutch replacement.

Car wasn't completed in given time, told a replacement reverse lamp switch was fitted as mine was broken (even though my car had had an advisory free MOT the week before). Not a fan of garages that do extra work on top of what it was in for without even a call beforehand. Poor show. Won't be using them again as this isn't a practice I like in a garage. I could have replaced the reverse lamp switch myself if it was needed.

Have used Hares twice now for replacement pads, and then a full service/MOT and shock absorber - excellent service - prompt collection and return - have tried many garages around, and this has been by far the best experience

Great garage and reasonably priced. Work completed ahead of schedule. A great service highly recommended. Will be using them for my mk2 golf as well.

Bought a 02nd hand car in November 2022, great condition, good price. Had two issues that would not have been picked up at time of sale. Both were handled under warranty , no cost & handled quickly & efficiently with no quibble, excellent from start to finish highly recommend
