I've used Quality Cars for a number of years, they are always excellent.
They just helped my mum buy a car. They looked after her and gave her a great price. They are a genuine family business who go above and beyond.
Fully recommended.

Right from the very first phone call I found Paul a great help and his knowledge was superb. Nothing went unanswered or avoided.
Upon viewing I was greeted by Stacey who was great and on the test drive we had good banter and made me feel at ease.
Day of collection I found that Quality cars had gone the extra mile for me and everything on the day went great.
It is nice to find a car dealer that is not there to talk down to you and treat you like you are thick.
I have no hesitation in recommended these guys and I would return.

If you have to buy a car, buy it at Quality Cars UK. Paul treats you as if he has been part of your family and friends forever. I rarely have come across such high integrity in many walks of life, let alone ‘car salesman’!
However Paul is definitely not a ‘car salesman’ he is a great family man that runs a family business that you just want to succeed and be part of. Their approach to people along with an intriguing stock of cars is refreshing and professional. I’m in my 6th decade and have been astonished with such Quality!

Drove all the way from London and was pleased to see that the car was exactly as described online. They kindly did a MOT just before we arrived to ensure any advisories were sorted out before the purchase (and happy to say that no advisories were required for this particular car). Excellent car for its high mileage they truly stand by their title for stocking quality cars. Customer service was outstanding and will surely consider returning for my next purchase.

And yes this is a genuine review and I have not been asked by the seller to post this. Just an honest customer :)

I have no hesitation recommending Quality cars.They excell when it comes to customer service and satisfaction .Nothing is too much trouble,they go over and above to please. Probably the best experience I have had when buying a car..Will certainly use them again. If it's a good quality car you are looking for you will not find a more honest and helpful dealer in my opinion. 5 star rating all round.

12 months later and the car sailed through its MOT. This little car has never caused me any problems whatsoever, definitely got a bargain here. Can't recommend them highly enough. If your thinking g about another car get yourself over to Quality cars, you won't be disappointed.

Like many people I have almost always purchased my cars from a motor trader, I found quality cars Preston online , the owner was at all times polite and welcoming his showroom immaculately clean, I went to view a camper that I liked and left a deposit on it that was delivered to my home approximately a week later, I'm over an hours drive from them yet he literally went the extra mile to get it to me, he didn't need to as the camper I brought would easily have sold closer to his showroom. He's a genuinely nice person and easy to get along with, I would highly recommend this trader without any hesitation

I called a few weeks ago about a campervan myself and my boyfriend had from you and you told me to f off and that it was none of my business.

Perhaps if you didn't hang up on customers nor talk to them that way you would've remembered.

Update... Our van was promised ready in December 2020, it took until April to have the paintwork repaired, August for the night heater to be repaired after fitting it incorrectly. The heater was never tested before the van left the garage and we were told it's not their policy to check parts are working before the vehicle leaves them ?!

It took till August for Quality Cars for us to give us the blinds, so we'd been using our new camper with pillows shoved up for privacy.

Now in October 2021, 10 months after the promised completion date we are still waiting on the headlight to be fixed.
Quality Cars have assured us they're 'waiting on a new headlight'.

We're going into winter daylight hours with only 1 headlight working leaving the van pretty much unusable past 5pm.

We've also just paid a separate garage to repair a bearing as there was almost no point in contacting them about this.

I also checked the MOT on the gov website to find the mileage has suspiciously reduced between the MOT Quality Cars did when the van was freshly imported and the MOT they did before releasing the van to us. I'm assuming this is to make it appear they sell vans with low mileage. This will probably cause problems when we want to sell on with a fiddled MOT clearly visible.
